Best use case for ebike: pulling a trailer

I did this everyday for 2-years. This was around 2022. My trailer contained my 2 children. To and from school. Their total combined weight towards the end of the last year was ~120lbs (20lbs heavier than the trailer's rating). I also had a rear basket (not shown) where I usually put their backpacks in.

We really enjoyed this time of our lives, and is definitely "core memory."

Bike was a generic hard-tail, mountain bike style. Aluminum frame. It had nice, "entry-level" components. 10spd Deore, Tektro hydraulic discs, Bafang mid-drive M600 + 48amp hr battery that can sustain continuous 750W power (beast!), and I had the 32kph speed limiter removed (maxed at ~50kph because of the small 1x crank). If I remember correctly, the bike was a hefty 65 or 70lbs.

2012 E350 (M276). Shift computer randomly becomes "dumb" after driving for 30mins+

I tried the "reset" procedure already (reset the transmission "habit learn").

After the car has been driving for about 30mins or so, the shifting becomes idiotic; when you slow down, then step on the gas to accelerate, it seems to "gear hunt" and the car shaky.

I thought to myself, ah perhaps a worn transmission mount, or something mechanical, so I switch to tiptronic. No issues with tiptronic.

So it seems this is a software issue?

Also this only happens randomly, usually after the car is warm enough after 30mins or so. Sometimes it doesn't!

Another important thing to note, if this is going to happen, it starts with the car doing a random "arrhythmia heartbeat" that you can feel at a stoplight (on D stepping on the brake, full stop).

Could it be a transmission computer "overheating"? I had a Mazda5 before and one if its issues is the transmission computer being mounted on the tranny bell housing itself, then it gets heated up and eventually gets literally toasted.

Proper technique to peel off existing paint, before re-mudding?

I ripped a bunch of shelves, cabinets, etc. off, now I'm left with this mess.

I don't want the hassle of demolishing, disposal, and hauling new drywall lol

Upholstery is a completely different beast than mechanical work..

At least for the seat, can I simply buy a replacement online? I just remove the seat and should be able to access the bottom to take off the whole cover?

Or is there custom sewing involved?

I just got this car, and changing it's oil, I noticed the old drain bolt has 1) aluminum washer 2) some form of rubber that has disintegrated, and 3) some blue threadlocker-like type of thing around like they used it as a "gasket maker"?

Don't I just need to put a new copper crush washer, and torque it to spec?

2012 E350. Do you think I need to open it up to check the chain tensioner and cam gear thingies? I haven't scanned for codes yet, but there is no check engine light. This is a cold start during the morning.

Is there any other way to drain this old tank, so I can move it to the curb for bulk item pickup?

Drill holes? Oscillating saw? Or simply dolly it outside, let the garbage truck deal with it?

That pressure relief valve in the middle is the safety mechanism, right? Why (or why not) do I need a thermal expansion tank?
