does this need degreasing?

So, I bought this racoon skull at an expo about two years ago. As of recently, I've been a lot more into looking for my own bones and how to clean them, and when I looked back at this skull in particular I thought it looked like it hasn't been degreased, or wasn't degreased long enough. but I wanted more opinions in case it was just staining

are these okay?

so I got my helixes pierced in March, and they finally healed enough that I felt okay putting hoops in them, the bottom hoop I changed a month ago now, and the top hoop I just changed the other day.

Ever since I changed the bottom hoop it's been leaving a line of color on my ear (usually darker when I wake up after wearing headphones) and sometimes the crusties are a bit dark or green. (I will admit it was cheap jewelry)

despite that I haven't had any irritation or pain from the piercing, so is it still okay to keep it in despite the color marks?

how to improve?

Recently I posted some outfits on another subreddit and asked people to guess my rank, everyone was guessing pretty decently lower then I am, which is fine I'm the one who asked, but now I want to know, how do I improve my outfits?

the themes were:

emotions (went for despair)

bug takeover

sunny vacation

the name daisy (custom server)

black or white

been making sourdough since January

been making loads since January! This loaf in particular I forgot to score till after I took the lid off, so not sure if that affects the crumb at all. My family always loves my loafs, but I'm curious on what I can improve on!

Recipe:

325g warm water

130g starter

500g flour

11g salt

mix everything to a shaggy dough, cover, and let sit for an hour, do my first stretch and fold, continue every 30 minutes with one more stretch and fold and 2 coil folds. from original mixing to shaping was about 6ish maybe 7 hours (this includes timing between stretch and folds). my dough looked good and with the poke test came back about half way slowly, so i shaped my dough, plopped it in my basket, and let it sit in the fridge for 8-9 hours.

for baking I preheat my oven to 450° with my Dutch oven inside (I use a krustic) and then bake 25min with the lid, 20 without, I check the internal temp to make sure it's good, then let it rest for about 5 hours before wrapping it up!

I made this particular load for vacation so I we didn't cut it open till today. (dough made Friday night, baked Saturday morning, cut open Monday afternoon).

Anyways, let me know how my crumb looks and what I can improve on!

Gel Polish always peels

I started using gel polish a little bit ago, my issue is that it's ALWAYS peeling, like within the first day or two even! I'm not quite sure what to do, it's always around the edges and tips of my nails, the middle sticks just fine.

to do my nails I push back my cuticles

then I file them down all around, I even try extra hard to make sure I file the edges so the whole nail is buffed and ready

use a brush to get all the dust off

start with a base coat, set

two layers of color and any design I'm doing, setting between each layer/color

top coat then set

how can I stop this peeling? I want my nails to last at least a week or two looking nice, not a day or two

I'm not sure the exact products I'm using, Its a set I bought off Amazon for my first time trying it, I'm not sure if that's my issue?

Bathing suit recs?

I want some fun cute bathing suits for this summer but I have no idea where to look. Preferably something affordable and with some decent coverage! So far the only website I've found that fits some of the things I'm looking for is meowcos, but I'm hesitant as I've heard a lot of mixed things on them. Does anyone know somewhere else I can look?

So, I completely flattened my island cause I wasn't sure exactly where or how to start designing it all, and now I'm completely overwhelmed at the idea making my cliffs and rivers and layout, I have no idea how or where to start

So basically, I've had my pc for a while, my brother gave me his old pc back in 2020, so all the parts were super old, but it always ran fine enough for me.

last year i upgraded my gpu since i was getting some graphics issues, this year i decided i wanted to go for a bigger upgrade. i did a complete redo, new motherboard, ram, and cpu, even a new fan since that was pretty old as well. anyways, my pc runs great now and everything else works except i keep getting a pop up telling me to "active windows" and i don't know how to get rid of it. if I reset my computer it goes away for a little bit but is typically back by the next day or sometimes even later in the same day. what can I do to get rid of this? i neve had this issue before and its driving me absolutely crazy.
