Committing for real this time
21F 5’6’ 235 lbs 260 at my highest. Went down to 210 with Sema and then stopped and gained it back (but I know it was my habits, mental health, etc). Now I’m on phentermine to help with my binge eating and it’s definitely working. I’m committed to getting back into the gym as well. I stayed consistent for about 6 months on the treadmill for 45-60 min a day, burning around 300 cals. Now I have an apartment gym that is always empty so I am not scared to use the weight machines lol. What is a good routine to start with??? I need something sustainable as well. I’m getting married in a year and refuse to hate my wedding photos. Give me all the advice, routines, diets, whatever. I need it explained to me like I’m 5.
