E2S1 mom. The imperator makes mom's gundam behave like a cat with zoomies. But is the final dps better than just Sunday and Sparkle auto-advancing mom?

For instance, if I have Sunday and Dang Heng, and I am using Verdict train mom, does it matter if mom uses it? Dang Heng uses it? Or Sunday? With E2, I assume the more people using it the better, and just use skill on mom to get more assists?
