When to take tirzshot?

I will be receiving my shot in the mail today. I work Thursday Friday and Saturday 6am-4pm. I’m off work on Sunday. Should I wait until after work Saturday to take the shot or would you go ahead and take it today? Worried about side effects

Was his behavior justified?

When I was in the 5th grade my siblings and I stayed over at our dad’s house on a school night. He lived out of town about a 25 minute drive away. My step dad picked us up that morning to take us to school and on the drive I tried putting my head down to go to sleep but step dad kept saying I couldn’t sleep since he couldn’t sleep so he kept hitting the rumble guards every time I would put my head down. I was so upset with him I said to him something along the lines of “that’s why nobody likes you. Your own mom doesn’t even like you” (my mom had told me that about him recently before that) I was sitting in the back seat and he turned around and looked at me and put his middle finger up at me and said “you know what (my name) F@<k you!!” I don’t remember if I cried but I do remember thinking about it all day at school and holding back tears the entire day. When I got home from school I went to my mom and said “do you know what (his name) said to me this morning?” And she said “yes and I know what you said to him. You shouldn’t have said that” and that was the end of the conversation.

So like, If say maybe I had struck like a very bad nerve with him and like what I said really bothered him should he have said that to me? Like is there anything you child could say to an adult that would justify the adult saying that to your child?

Is this sketch?

When I was around 9 my mom had a boyfriend who she eventually married. One day my mom was in the shower and her bf was laying down in her bed on his back with his legs bent and he was wearing shorts. I was sitting on the floor and He was telling me "come here" and I asked why and he was saying "just come here" that's when I looked up and got a clear visual of his penis under the leg of his shorts.

I'm not a man but I feel like if my genitals were open like that I would feel the air and know I was exposed. I told my mom about it later that day and sometimes I wonder if that's not the only reason he didn't expose himself to me more. There were other odd things that happened like for instance we were outside and we heard a loud cat sound and I asked what was that? And he said "thats 2 cats having wild and passionate sex" another time I had a ribbon and he asked me if he could have it. I said no and asked why he even wanted it and he said "so your mom can unwrap me later tonight" and he sort of winked. Can u believe my mom made me give him the ribbon?

Opinions do you think this man was a creep?

Anyone heard of “spin redeem”?

I saw a Facebook ad for it and they were offering $20 free play so I was like eh even if it’s not real i just wanna play so I did and I ended up hitting a bunch of bonuses totaling up to $1200. Does anybody have any experience with this site? It says I need to make a deposit before I can redeem but since it would be my first deposit I can get $10 for 2.99 so it wouldn’t cost much but I just want to hear if there’s any feedback before I get excited and start adding things to my Amazon cart lol

AITAH for not wanting my cousin to date my best friend.

When I (30f) was 14f my mom forced me to go and live with my aunt and her daughter (14f) whom I never got along with since early early childhood. Before and after I moved I had a very best friend (14f). After living there for about 2 years my cousin came out as a lesbian and so did my best friend. My best friend knew very well about the terrible relationship I had with my cousin. I mean constantly arguing, constant tattle tailing, constant talking behind my back at school. One weekend my mom came to visit me and she brought my best friend. During the weekend they became very chummy with each other and sort of secluded me. I knew what was coming and I did get upset with my best friend but I thought we would recover once she left and was away from my cousin. I had been in this similar situation before because my cousin would try to pursue any friend I brought to the house. Prior to this incident all of my friends knew the situation and never gave in to my cousin but my best friend did give in. When she went home after that weekend I basically didn’t hear from her again for a few weeks. She wouldn’t text me back or respond to me at all. I ended up finding out that my cousin had went to visit her and they began dating. I was devestated and went to my aunt with my feelings and told her that this was causing a rift in my friendship. My aunt told me that I didn’t have the right to decide who they each should date and she didn’t understand how this would cause a rift. I told her it’s because me and my cousin don’t even get along and that’s why my best friend wouldn’t speak to me anymore. I cried and said I couldn’t bare to lose my best friend of years. My cousin butted in and acted like she was appalled that I would say that we didn’t get along. Regardless of the fact that she had been at school prior to this telling people that we didn’t get along and discouraging people from becoming friends with me! Shortly into their relationship my aunt lied to my best friend’s mom and had her believe that she was visiting me when she was actually coming to stay with my cousin for the summer. During that summer best friend barely spoke to me or even looked at me. It was a very awkward way to live in my own home. After a year or so my cousin cheated and they broke up. I rekindled my friendship with best friend (for a short time) and she told me that she was told by my cousin not to ever text me back or have anything to do with me. I had my suspicions all along this was happening but was gaslit by my aunt and my cousin into thinking that I was just imagining things. I was told that I didn’t deserve to have my best friend because I was trying to control her. I wasn’t trying to control her I was just trying not to lose her.

To give you an idea of the kind of dynamic my cousin and I had.. A girl in our class started telling people that she was pregnant and it eventually came out that she wasn’t. Moral of the story is my cousin took this story and went home and told my aunt that I WAS telling people at school that I was pregnant. That weird situation had nothing to do with me but for some reason my cousin came home and told my aunt that I was the one faking a pregnancy at school? My aunt was a teen mom herself so that really rubbed her the wrong way and she resented me for it. I moved out at 17 and by this time my aunt really seemed to hate me and hardly would speak to me and I always assumed it was due to things my cousin would tell her.

I know that this seems silly as this was 15 years ago but it to this day it still bother me deeply. I feel like this changed me deeply and the course of my life. Was i wrong for being so upset that my cousin and best friend started dating? Is it not super in appropriate for my adult aunt to lie to another child’s parents in order for said child to have a live in/sexual relationship with her child? My aunt even bought her sexy underwear and told me that I was not allowed to wear such a thing. Should my aunt have allowed this to all happen knowing full well and seeing that my cherished friendship was ruined?

Tl;dr: my cousin who I had a lifelong feud with started dating my best friend and caused me to lose my friendship and I still cannot let it go after 15 years.

ETA: thank you for all of your responses and to those who suggest therapy: I am in therapy I just haven’t ever brought this up. There has been a lot to talk about and this subject just hasn’t ever came up but I will address it soon!

Coworker gets mad at me because she has to work

I work in production and to put it simply my job is to send product down a conveyor belt for others to pick up and modify. I had a coworker come up to me and say to me “don’t send me anything.” I asked “why?” And her response “I don’t want it” I said “I can’t just not send u anything” she asked angrily “why not?!” I said “because that’s not fair and I’m not getting in trouble for that.” And she rolled her eyes then angrily stormed off. This same coworker works slow and gets super defensive when she has a lot of product built up and blames me for sending her too much when I’m sending everyone equal amounts she just doesn’t work fast enough.
