Is this Balkan route worth doing in early November?

I’m thinking about a 12-day solo trip for early November.

Ljubljana → Split → Kotor/Perast → Shkodër or Tirana

I’d fly into Ljubljana, travel by public transport (bus or train) and fly home from Tirana. I’m thinking of spending two to three nights in each place, taking a day trip to Perast from Kotor.

I know the summer months would probably be better, but I’m not looking for a beach holiday. I’m perfectly fine with autumn weather. My main concerns are heavy rain, places being completely closed for the off-season and reduced bus services.

Would you still recommend this route in early November? Alternatively, I could travel in mid-October, but I would have to book everything at short notice and it would be more stressful due to other commitments.

Is Shkodër worth a two-night stay at that time of year, or would it make more sense to continue directly to Tirana? Would visiting four countries in 12 days feel too rushed?

Is the Seedvault backup usable?

Has anyone ever actively used it to restore apps and data? If so, were all the apps and data there and usable? Would it be reasonable to copy the .SeedVaultAndroidBackup file to an external hard drive or PC for backup purposes?

What do you guys think about this auto update setup?

  1. sudo pacman -S pacman-offline
  2. sudo systemctl enable --now pacman-offline-prepare.timer

As far as I understand it, this automatically checks for updates and downloads them in the background after boot and daily at around 2 a.m. It then installs the prepared updates via an offline update on the next reboot.

I'm running Btrfs + Limine snapshots, so I always have a rollback option if something goes wrong.

It's been running smoothly for me the last 2 weeks or so. I'm aware that automatic updates are a controversial topic. I only use official repository packages and Flatpaks, no AUR packages.

Relationship: Feeling empty while trying to stay strong

It’s been eight years, six of which have been with MECFS. Luckily it’s not the worst type, but it’s still pretty severe. Chronic fatigue, muscle pain, a racing heart, trembling, and joint pain are just a few of the 30+ symptoms. It has worsened over the past two years. She’s receiving treatment at a specialized clinic, but there is no cure. Because she can’t work and is too weak, I take care of almost all the housework, payments, and many other small tasks.

It started as a dream, but then everything changed. Every day is about pain and what can’t be done or what’s going wrong with her body. There is no such thing as a normal day. I’ve felt sorry ever since, but nowadays I’m getting more and more annoyed, which isn’t right. Intimacy is almost non-existent. I feel numb, and when I’m working or spending time with friends, I feel empty and sad. I'm thinking about this the entire day. Only at the gym do I feel somehow alive. Our lives have been flipped upside down. She suffers far more than I do. Overall, I have to admit that this isn’t a healthy relationship.

As I see friends getting married and having children, I’ve been thinking more and more about my own situation. We’ve talked about it, but not with any real result. I don’t want to leave her alone because I still love her, but I don’t see a future and I don’t know how much longer I can continue. I feel like a bad human and maybe I am. I just want this to work somehow.

Have you been in a similar situation? What did you do?

Why is this a thing now?

Compling shaders information. Just unneeded visual clutter for me. How can I deactivate it?

Why i can hold my own in mid master lobbies but struggle to get out of plat/dia at the same time?

Hi, I'm M4-M3 on all roles for the past two seasons. This week I decided to play on my old 2016 account and did my tank placements finishing in D4/D3 in 5v5. Then went straight up to M5, almost M4 with mainly Rhein and Winston with a winrate ~85%.

Then I dropped to D5 even P1. I played the same hero pool as on my main acc. I even did some VOD reviews of my lost games. I identified mistakes and bad decisions but overall a solid performance. Nothing really different to what I do in masters.

Mostly my team gets rolled without me having enough value to carry those games. DPS dying instantly pre fight as soon as the slightest signs of ressistance occur. Supp players panick ulting after we already lost two people. Heavily overextending and not regrouping in general. Overall lack of general game sense.

It is ether stomping or getting stomped and feels like casino. I also noticed that sometimes the rank difference between the tanks sometimes is up to 3-4 divisions. This should not happen in my opinion. I started to question my real rank.

Can anyone help me understand what's happening?

Edit: Thank you for the replies. I just did 5 more games in which of 3 I played with a k/d of 30+ to 3-6 and lost. The other 2 we just got hard stomped against smurfs. It must be forced 50/50 or something, it is really weird on this acc. At this point I think I just let it be and play something else as it is 0 fun and 100% frustration.

(PC) How can I improve with Tracer

Hello, I've been playing Overwatch for almost 10 years and have 2,350 hours in the game. Some years I played more, some years I played less. I play every role and have a pool of three to four heroes that I main in each.

Currently, I'm trying to improve my DPS. I mostly play Soldier, McCree, Tracer, Ashe, and Bastion, and occasionally Phara and Hanzo. Unfortunately, Genji is bad in my opinion, even though I have played him the most.

Past couple days I really enjoyed playing as Tracer again (got 135 hours on her), but I haven't played her much in the last five years or so. I think I'm doing okay, but I still feel like I'm missing something important. I don't want to share my rank for now, because it might create biases.

Thank you :)

Name: Cruize

Codes: ZK7HKP (New Queen Street), 95E2Y6 (New Junk City), X84AY5 (Paraiso) (skip to Minute 16)

These are the only codes I found for Tracer in my past games.
