Worth fixing up?

My grandmother offered to give me a 2012 for parts and 2015 Chevy Cruze for free. She said the 15 just needs a new windshield and the radiator needs pulled out but it’s good besides needing a clean up. It’s got about 160k miles on it and the body and interior are in good condition (no rust and no dents). Is it worth investing time/money into fixing up the 15? I know they’re not very reliable but it’s a free car and I don’t have one. My boyfriend does let me use his whenever I need though so idk if it’s worth investing in this

Cheap, reliable, cute and small hatchbacks??

Looking for some options of good reliable hatchbacks that are under $5k (looking mostly on marketplace).

Cars I’m considering/like
-Toyota Corolla (my fav but expensive)
-Scion IQ
-Toyota matrix
-Honda crx (can’t really remember how to drive manual but I’m willing to learn)
-Chevy spark
-VW beetle (had one and loved it but had to sell it because I was moving and lost my job, also wasn’t super reliable plus expensive to maintain)
-Fiat 500
-Mini cooper (worried they’re unreliable and expensive to maintain)
-Toyota Yaris (unsure on this one)
-Micra
-Mirage
-Honda fit
-Honda element
-Mazda 2
-dodge neon
-old RAV4

Wants/requirements
-RELIABLE
-cheap to maintain
-easy to fix
-small
-“cute” obviously subjective
-4 doors (no two seaters, love a Miata but not for my daily)
-cheap
