I visited my PCP and they ordered an xray which showed nothing. They didn’t even do any tests in the office to rule out anything. All they said is that they have to refer me to OT and go from there. Is that the next step that the majority of yall experienced on your healing journey? I’m a flight attendant so I can’t wear a brace during work and my work is what I fear caused this 😫 I’d love to get this figured out so any input would be appreciated 🙏🏽

so i essentially diagnosed myself and my doctor confirmed via messaging. she was very brief in her suggestions and just mentioned the thumb spica brace.

i ordered a couple on amzn to try out, but i would like to hear straight from the source of what braces are best.

im a flight attendant and unfortunately have to use my hands a lot so i don’t know how me working is going to work considering you can’t be gripping things which is a huge part of my job especially as a safety aspect.

any current recs would be much appreciated :)

so i would love to have merch prior to the concert in november, but im also willing to wait until the concert to get merch. i know for bts .. the US versions of some of the merch have been made differently and not as well. im curious if it’s the same for XG merch.

im also curious how long it takes to get to the US on average and how the tariffs are on it.

tldr - bunkmate is gross and nobody will deal with her.

so flight attendant here. i live in a crashpad (i am 1 of 8 people in a 2bdrm - this is normal for FAs because we’re not always here) and no .. hygiene is not an issue here and never has been prior to her. i have a bunkmate that is disgusting and just doesn’t know how to cohabitate with others. she’s apparently a problem for everyone because everyone complains about how she ALWAYS has her phone conversations on speaker and loudly. she always cooks and doesn’t clean up after herself. she has the living room TV loud af always. she sings in bed. talks on the phone in bed. the latter two are an issue when it comes to our situation because as flight attendants, our schedules are unpredictable and we need to sleep during the day at times. the bedrooms have quiet hours always if you know someone is trying to sleep. she’s the only one that has an issue grasping that concept. she’s disrespectful at the very least. anywho .. those are just some of the general things she does to the whole place, and everyone complains about it but does nothing about it.

as for how she’s making my life here a gross mess .. she sleeps on the top bunk and im on the bottom. she’s sick a lot and this grown woman would let her used tissues fall onto my bed/pillows. the first time it happened, i told her that she needs to mind her space and put a bag up there to put her tissues in. she never apologized or took accountability. it happened again and i wasn’t nice about it that go around because its gross 😷 the other day .. one of her used tooth flossers fell on my pillow. her bad eyelash extensions keep falling off onto my bed. i told the guy that runs the place (and whose name is actually on the lease) that she needs to be dealt with or im leaving. he said he would talk to her .. which didnt end up helping because she’s apparently sick again and WHY ARE THERE DRIED BOOGERS ON MY NIGHTSTAND 🫠 its by where her nasty head is at. i nearly threw up. i sprayed it down and it came back somehow 🙄 i told the guy running the place (who should have a backbone) that she wasn’t dealt with so i am leaving as soon as i find another spot. all he said to me was “that’s really sad to hear but you have to do what’s best for you” which just so happened to be the same thing my “friend” in here also said.

i am just frustrated and venting because i have been here for 3 years roughly and she has been here for maybe 4 months. i feel gaslit when people are complaining about her the same, but not saying anything about it or doing anything about it. keep in mind that this other girl and i had an issue with another dude in this place previously and it drove her out when the guy that’s on the lease wouldn’t kick him out. so why is this a repeat thing? i thought i could kick it with everyone in here but they’re all just fake af.

so our aunt is helping plan it (i didn’t ask for the help). she is paying for a good portion of stuff (again .. didn’t ask for that). BUT the issue is that she has awful taste in decorations. i know a majority of it my sister would hate and definitely not what we discussed. so i need help on how to approach this. i am fine paying for the stuff, but i dont want to tussle with my aunt during the planning and prior to the shower .. but as i said, i also know my sister would hate the decorations she picked out lol.

now that my ticket war is done .. onto finding a light stick. what are some places to get a legitimate one? i saw their website has them for $50ish. is that reasonable and a preferred way of getting one?

also .. i got the annual membership with the box. i didn’t get an email confirmation or anything regarding the purchase. how do you know when your box ships?

in hopes that they’re still doing the walk around during new dance .. what are the best seats or sections to get seats in for the best chance at seeing them?

i want to go to chicago as that’s close to me but i don’t know if i want to go alone (when it’ll be cold) or bring my bf (who doesn’t like XG as much as i do). i haven’t done a concert alone before, so im not sure of the vibes or how to even work that situation lol.
