Should I get a debt consolidation loan?

I currently have 2 credit cards and one personal loan I am working to pay off to be debt free. I am wondering if I should apply for a debt consolidation loan (I'd go through my credit union or USAA). Here is my current debt situation:

credit card 1
$4897, 9.75% APR

credit card 2
$2300, 26.24% APR

personal loan
$1737, 11.75% APR

I originally got into debt because of car repairs and only making $20k a year (not a good excuse, but I had no option but survival at the time). I now make between $40-$45k and have changed my spending habits and have a structured budget. If I were to get a debt consolidation loan, I would cut up/hide my credit cards to ensure no further spending.

My question is, would you keep the almost $5k balance on the card with 9.75% APR, or include it in the consolidation loan? Should I look for an intro APR card to transfer the high interest balance since the other two APRs are pretty low? Should I just keep my cards as is and focus on paying them down as much as possible?

Have you ever involved a close friend?

I know no close friends is one of the biggest rules when exploring ENM, but my long term partner (8.5 years together) and I recently began exploring ENM and played with my best friend (best friends for 3-4 years). It was a slow-ish burn to get to the point of exploring each other physically, but we did hook up and I immediately was faced with a good amount of envy, jealousy, and anxious thoughts. We have checked in multiple times since and have decided to take a step back from playing with our friend, but I am still comfortable with a flirtationship between the 3 of us. I guess I am wondering if anyone else has ever become physical with their best friend and long term partner? Did you navigate jealousy differently when it was someone you were close to vs someone you were exclusively seeking out to physically explore with your partner? I am grateful to have a friend and partner who respect my boundaries and have not made it weird or put pressure on me since taking a step back, but I am unsure if I want continue physically exploring with my friend or if it's a bad idea for my nervous system.

Books and content to digest as someone new to ENM?

hi I'm very new to ENM and have been in a long term monogamous relationship for 8 years. I am looking for books to help understand my place on the spectrum of ethical non monogamy and learn more about if it's right for me! I'd love book, article, content creator recommendations that are helpful for newbies! I do navigate jealousy, abandonment issues, anxious attachment, and neurodiversity (OCD and autism specifically which I do believe cloud my ability to discern my genuine feelings from fleeting moments of panic/questioning). Thanks!

Not sure if ENM is for me

My partner and I have been monogamous for 8 years, we started dating when we were teenagers (18 & 19). My partner recently came out as bi (which I knew) and brought up that they might not be fully monogamous. I have always envisioned us having a threesome or playing with someone else, so I initially wasn't too scared of the topic. We have since begun exploring ENM and have hooked up with my close friend. I definitely began getting jealous of my friend and the relationship my partner and my friend started developing after we all played together. My partner and I have talked about it and checked in multiple times and sometimes, I feel at ease and still open to exploring, while other times I am extremely anxious and almost experiencing dread thinking about exploring further with our friend. I know a lot of my worries come from my own insecurities, physically and personality wise, and my abandonment issues. I am starting therapy again soon, but I am just confused if this is something I want to keep doing. My partner is hypersexual and I am not. Sometimes I feel like I can't keep up with the life they want to live and while they are okay with taking a step back, I can't help but feel like I am holding them back in life. I'm not sure if I am looking for advice or just for someone to listen, but I am lost and feeling overwhelmed by my dynamic change.

Blow dryer recs? My Dyson just died

I'm a hairstylist and work in a salon 5 days a week, averaging about 4-6 clients a day. I bought a consumer Dyson (not pro) because it's what I could afford at the time and after 1 year and 8 months, it died. I took it apart, cleaned it, it still doesn't work. I'm looking to buy a new dryer but can't afford the pro Dyson. I diffuse 80% of my clientele, so I need something with a great diffuser that can also do beautiful blow outs. Any recommendations? Ideally would like to stay between $200-$300

hi! sorry if this question doesn't belong here! I also posted in r/resin, but I need some advice! I am trying to set a resin cabochon in a tungsten ring blank and wondering if craft resin like Alumilite would suffice or if I should get something stronger like JB Weld (is jb weld stronger? I have zero clue)
advice is welcomed!

anyone have any advice for setting a resin cabochon in a tungsten ring blank? Could I use 2 part epoxy like Alumilite resin or should I use an epoxy like JB Weld? TIA!
