Gi-extend man gud nila ilang B1T1 this May. It's that time of the month, and this tita is craving for steak. Paets.

My mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease last year. She had symptoms for about a year prior before we took her to a specialist. Akala namin nag-uulyanin lang, moderate Alzheimer's na pala.

She's only 70.

She forgets things so quickly now. She constantly "talks" to my dead paternal grandparents as Smeagol does to Gollum. Pag inobserbahan mo siya, para siyang may kaaway lagi. Ang negative ng aura, bigla-bigla nalang sumisigaw. And the worst of them all, she has become verbally abusive. There are people with Alzheimer's na docile lang, paupo-upo lang sa gilid, pangiti-ngiti. But not my mama.

Lahat na yata ng klase ng mura natanggap ko galing sa mama ko. And the worst of it all? Sana daw mamatay na ako.

I need to constantly remind myself that she's not mentally sound anymore, and her old self is gone. Pero putangina, NAKAKAPAGOD. I'm mentally and emotionally drained. Kahit gustuhin man naming magkakapatid ipasok nalang siya ng home care, hindi namin kaya financially.

Feeling ko ang sama kong anak kasi minsan naiisip ko na sana hindi sya magsuffer ng matagal.
