What are your opinions in Pax Silica Agreement
Since this is an ongoing issue. Personality nasa middle ground pako Im waiting sa agreement na ilalabas about this kasi As far as I know wala pa nilalabas na provisions. But many of us filipinos already kumontra na kaya I want to know further what is your opinions about this issue.

Grabe yung discrimination pag di ka graduate ng big 4
I was hired in this company for more than 1 year na and ngayon ko lang narealize na mas mataas offer ng mga kasama ko kasi galing sila sa big 4 pare parehas lang naman kami fresh grad pero despite na may experience ako sa internship pero sila wala mas malaki parin offer sa kanila.
But now I already filed my resignation and my next job will be 100%+ more salary kaysa ngayon Im glad i could find another job.
