Should I get a silver MacBook instead of space black when working outside?

Hi, I tend to work outside a lot and I am thinking of getting a MacBook. At first, I thought it would be a preference thing only, but I have also thought of the fact that most of the time I work outside, where the laptop can get a bit more dirty but most importantly, the temperatures are higher and thus the space black laptop could overheat more quickly? Can anyone confirm whether this is true and thus it's better to get a silver laptop for my use case? Thank you.

app.clickup.com/signup page is blank on Floorp

Hi, I wanted to sign up but for some reason the page is blank on Floorp (runs on Firefox) on macOS? It works fine on Safari, but it is kinda unproductive to switch to a whole different browser than the main one I use just to use ClickUp. Is there anything I can do? It is also a normal tab, not a private one (it even works on private tabs...).

Color grading workflow on a MacBook ProM4

Hi, I was thinking of getting a MacBook Pro M4 for video editing in Davinci Resolve, but was wondering whether the base M4 chip can handle heavier color grading workflows without any problems, or I would have to get the version with the M4 Pro chip? Is here possibly anyone that uses the MacBook Pro M4 for color grading and how has it been for your use case, was it enoguh?

App stays darkened in the dock after right clicking and pinning/unpinning it

Hi, so I am pretty new to macOS and also just did factory reset this morning (if it changes anything), everything looked to work fine but I noticed this issue now, when I right click an app and pin/unpin it from the dock, it stays darkened and I was wondering if that should happen, and if not what can I do about it?

Hi, so I am trying to reset my 2014 MacBook Pro running macOS Big Sur to factory settings (and erase all the data as well). I tried to erase the Mac HD specifically, but after reinstalling macOS I noticed it did not remove the Mac HD Data and thus want to reinstall macOS again by erasing the Apple SSD. Is that the correct approach and safe to do or should I only erase the container, or the volume group...? Will the normal recovery mode boot up to install macOS after erasing the Apple SSD?

The Mac works like it's supposed to and thus I don't want to accidentally damage anything or be unable to install macOS, better safe than sorry. I will be glad for any help.
