Help: Son can't play, friend can't play (Crashing).
Hey everyone,
We have done the expected Google searching and Reddit searching. We can't find a solution for either of these issues.
For my son, he is playing on a series S. His Xbox will just turn off during gameplay. Like, shut down. Assumed it was thermal, but it wasn't dirty to begin with, but I did clean out the inside and exhaust anyway. Still no luck.
My friend has an AMD card. His crashes to the desktop without any error dialogue box. Tried uninstalling drivers, game, adjusting graphic settings, etc.
Surely someone else has had these issues - we would really appreciate the help!
