can you guys suggest some good running shoes, 1 month ago did a 5k in 33 minutes and 41 seconds (that's my pace or running level) . As mentioned I am on the heavier side and I run around my apartment which has those concrete interlocking tiles.

So please suggest some good shoes ? only NIKE has a specific "road running" shoes series. But you tell me.

Also 10k steps already done and swimming kuda chesa for 48 mins , so yeah manchi active day.

Last week I did 85 kg bench press for 1 rep , this week I did 3 reps and then I did 90kg for 1 rep. It feels like progress and also I probably have a much higher ceiling if I do this for years.

I know this probably doesn't mean much to a lot of you. I am 184 cms tall, 87kg so essentially its BW but you know at this rate, a 100 kg is not that far. so let's fucking gooo.

The best part is this is 2 months into personal training before that I did on and off by myself and I can easily afford personal training for years to come. I think I will pursue this further.

I wish I was better and I lived up to my own expectations. I follow the same patterns , I hate myself right now, people can't like me enough to genuinely like me , they like me enough to try hard and fail at liking me. If a person who wants to like you could not like you, what the heck are you doing?

Lets say you are a female Instagram influencer that dances or something.

You are a logical person, you identified the pattern of the videos that have higher views than the others, the logic is lets say a little bit more skin show.

You thought to yourself, well you would put on that dress anyways and you feel fairly good about yourself and thought the dress makes you look good, so you started to wear clothes both algo and you like and over a period of time you started dressing different on the app compared to what you typically like to wear.

You opted for the new monetisation feature cause who doesn't want more money. You got a few subscribers and things are okay, you are posting nothing ridiculous, but some idiot made a AI gen video and that resulted in ridiculous number of subscribers, think of 35L per month type of money, you are bitter sweet, glad to obviously have that money (remember you are human) now the real mind game starts.

These subscribers are unsubscribing, first you thought its okay that type of money I didn't want to make anyway and I dont want that type of followers anyway, but the unsubscribing is not overnight, it is slow burn everyday your income is reducing and the path is extremely clear to you to get back the money and even more, and everyday you have to wakeup and make this decision, how long do you think would you keep making the right decision? oh also you will have different types of days, happy ones, sad ones, angry ones and everything you are human remember,

Oh also I forgot to tell you , you could be as young as early 20s and some of your friends in regular jobs are making 3.5LPA and some are jobless.

Is this the type of pressure more and more girls are going to face in the future? as a liberal, do you think government should stop tech companies from creating such situations? remember that's censorship. Just some random thoughts. not picking any sides. neither am i saying that all female creators make money like this or something. ??
