Its my boyfriend's birthday next month and i am looking for suggestions for a cozy and romantic cafes that allow you to dance with good music or live music at dinner. Not a club but a cafe only within Noida and if no such cafe exist in noida then CP is the second option.

My priority is:

Terrible Interview Experience at EY

I don't know what is wrong with Big 4s why the hell are they so over hyped, bhai mtlb hadd h they are so badd at paying you, so i received a call from EY's HR and she said she got my profile from 'IIM Jobs' and checked with basic fit and then asked about my current which was 7.32lpa after the recent appraisal i got, (i am currently working at Barclays for 4 years), so she got so surprised like idk what was wrong and then after a pause she said "ohh, we also offer a similar pay", but as per market standard the best that can be offered to you is 30% on your ctc, and since i just started job hunting and this would have been my first switch so i said okay and she said she will get back to me. This conversation was on 28th Jan'26.

On 4th feb, i received call from her saying they were hiring for 'Associate' position but i do not fit so they can offer me 'Senior Associate' position rather with similar responsibilities, i was okay and she scheduled R1 interview for 9th feb, i gave interview which was very basic and i prepared super hard considering the standard EY has and stuff, but it was a very easy peasyy thing and i was certain i will get through, interview happened and after that it was dead silence. So after 2-3 days i contacted HR asking for what is the feedback and i got to know that i shared my expectation 12-13lpa is why they were doubtful for me but apart from that feedback was positive. So we moved for another round scheduled on 12th feb, i joined but the interviewer was ooo and 7 mins into the meeeting, i get to know this when i contact HR (basic etiquette missing😑), now the round was rescheduled for 16th feb which did take place and interviewer was a very weird guy, anyway things still went well on my side and i was confident i will get through, but again after the interview no calls and i was so frustrated that i decided i will not contact HR this time so i did not. I mean unki responsibility h yeh to inform candidates even if they are not selected which is better than ghosting. So i never heard from that HR for almost a month and i went on with the job hunting (interviews i got in the mean time i will share in next post aur unka bhi alg bhassad hua) then i get a call from this EY HR again asking if i am still available and she apologized stating that the role closed, and i was like okay and yeah i am still open but what is the role she said it is the same, if it is the same then how did it close??????

Wtf???!!!??!!?

She said i can schedule another round with the same person who took your round 2 and this will be round 3, i was like okay and the 3rd round happened in mid of march and everything went well and just after the interview hr requested for the payslips and the basic stuff which i sent the same day in 1 hour. I did not hear back anything again!!!!!! Bhai kaise se log h yeh😑😑😑

Then i followed up with HR after a week around 24th march ki what is wrong now and she is like ohh you have not received the call, you will receive it soon and then i receive it in April'26 ohh god and that HR asks me about my expectation and i said 40-50% and she is like ohh, i will check and i did mention that i am open to negotiations.

She never got back to me untill i called her after 2 weeks and she is like ohh yes i spoke to the team and the max that can be offered is 25-30% only, wait who will inform me about this? And 25%? Initial conversation was for 30% fixed? What the hell😡😡😡

And i still agreed and they have not managed to generate chindi sa 30% offer letter too lmaoo!!!!
