What have you all done with the ribbons your dogs win?

I was so surprised when I got the call yesterday that my 790 was in! I wasn’t expecting it for another week or two! It’s very pretty. The last time I bought a new machine was my 830 back in 2009. They’ve added some cool features lately.

I just received an Echo Show 21 and I’m setting it up. I have a couple of things I’ve not been able to figure out:

1. I can’t seem to get my husbands calendar linked
2. I can’t figure out how to get the calendar view to be the whole month. Basically I want it to look like the paper calendar I’ve been using for 45 year :-).
3. I want JUST the weather and the calendar displayed on the home screen. There is a “For You” and a something that displays recipe’s on there too.

I am an Amazon Prime member.

Am I able to do these things and if so how?

Does anyone here have a date when the 790 Ultra will arrive in stores? The customer ones - not the demo models . . . I’ve put money down on one but they won’t say when they will get them in!!!

I’m just getting back into showing after 48(!!!) Years. I have zero desire to year panty hose - it’s just too hot and humid here for them. What are alternative dress options that I can get away with? I’m very new to conformation showing of my breed. I’m attending my first BPUP show with my baby this weekend.

I’m thinking about getting one based on the new features it has that I think I would use. I currently have a B830 embroidery. It’s been a fabulous machine - no issues (that I can recall) that were not caused by moi. I never thought I would need different one, but this one . . . I love the pin point placement idea. And the auto stitch plate recognition.

Those of you that have been to Bernina University - is this one worth trading in my B830 for? Is it hard to sell the B830’s?

I just enrolled my 8wk old puppy in AKC and I get a free 30 days os insurance. Has anyone here actually used the insurance offered by AKC? And if so which one?
