my FIL has a 94 (1st gen) ford taurus 3.0 v6. his car started blowing white smoke and has milky oil. i cannot for the life of me find a video of head gasket replacement for the first gen. if anyone can find anything please let me know!
i have a 95 dakota 3.9l v6. when i first start it up for the day it starts funny as shown in the video. it starts perfectly after it’s been started once. i changed the map sensor and found that the hose was cracked. while idling the truck vibrates with the rpm (a buddy of mine told me that was a sign of a misfire) he suggested using fuel injector cleaner. I was wondering if there’s any other telltale signs of what could be causing it and if anyone knew where to find the hose for the map sensor
so i’m wanting to redo most of my front suspension besides the coil springs. every video i’ve seen you need to take out the springs to change the control arms and i was wondering if there’s any work around to where i do not have to take out the coil springs. if not what is the safest/most practical way to remove coil springs? i have a 95 3.9l with rwd.
turned my steering wheel all the way to the left while making a turn and the wheel started to shake real bad (not displayed in video) any ideas on what it could be? thinking something to do with front end suspension but unsure exactly what.
the video doesn’t super well display what i was trying to show but 🤷🏼♂️
do i need a new hose for this or will it be fine
I did an oil change yesterday and added a bit too much oil. it’s about an 1/8 inch past the safe line. i haven’t seen any foamy oil/bubbles. should i play it safe and drain it a little more or will it be alright?
could someone help me out and tell me what this code is?
