game keeps crashing

i am so confused ive played this game before while i had my xbox game pass subscription, i played the regular version but now im playing the gold one does it have to do with the gold one??? ive seen other posts of people saying that lowering the graphics works but in my first playthrough it never happened i could have 6 hours of playing uninterrupted now it crashes at around the 2 hour mark,
