Tally of silver quarters found

A tally of silver quarters found at my laundromat. Goal is to find the missing years to complete the 1950s and maybe 1940s. I'm assuming completing the 1930s would be close to impossible.

Other than someone accidentally spending their 1941-1944, why the zero counts for some later dates, like 1947-1950?
