Missing a dose due to insurance

I'm due for my next dose this weekend and my insurance is holding up my medication since they upped my dose. I've never missed a dose in 5 months and I'm worried about missing this week.

How long can you go without taking it until you start to gain the weight back/not feel the affects of it anymore?

Not paying ER bill

I haven't been to the ER in a long time, but I had to go last night due to a sudden medical emergency. I paid $350 as a copay, which was insane to begin with, and then they gave me the bill. The hospital charged me $3000, insurance covered $2000, and so I owe $1000.

$1000 is too much for me, especially as they barely did anything and I was in and out in 2 hours. I have ignored medical bills in the past when I was uninsured and making minimum wage, but now that I'm full time employed with decent insurance, I feel they won't go as easy on me. What happens if I just ignore it?

My eye was bothering me all day today, thought I had an eyelash stuck somewhere and saw this tiny little jelly bump. I’ve never had anything like this before and it’s freaking me out. I have used warm compresses and artificial tears.

I have an appointment Monday to get my doctor to look at it but it’s driving me crazy. What is this and is it serious? I’m worried about it growing and affecting my vision.

And I'm already panicking because when I went to buy another bottle yesterday, I didn't see any. Plenty of pickle and regular mustard, but no Hot Honey. I hope it's not already gone

My local TJ’s is unfortunately 72nd Street in Manhattan which is coincidentally the country’s busiest location. It is an absolute nightmare to shop here 99% of the time due to large volumes of local shoppers and tourists piling in at all hours of any given day.

Went tonight around 6:30, thought I was cooked and was shocked to see it nearly empty. I was actually able to peacefully shop, and I was so stunned I took a picture. Stock wasn’t great as expected but it wasn’t bad.

If anyone else shops here, you know this is a rarity.
