I spent the last few months creating a 90-Day Transformation eBook for building discipline and consistency. I'd love your feedback.
I built this ebook after experimenting with daily habit tracking and goal setting. It includes:
A 90-day roadmap
Daily tracking system
Weekly reviews
Goal planning templates
It's available on Gumroad if anyone wants to check it out. I'd genuinely appreciate feedback from this community.
Launched first $5 digital product

After weeks of building and testing, finally launched first digital product a Notion Skill Tracker.
it intentionally simple instead of adding dozens of features.
I'd love honest feedback on:

What's one habit you never expected to stick, but it's still part of your life today?
We usually think big habits change our lives.
Ironically, the tiny ones are the easiest to keep.
What's yours?
What's one study mistake you stopped making that saved you the most time?
For me, I realized I wasn't bad at studying.I was just inconsistent.
Once I started tracking my study sessions instead of depending on motivation, I stopped skipping random days.
What's one study mistake you fixed that made the biggest difference?
What's one productivity tip that sounded useless until you actually tried it?
There are a lot of productivity tips that get repeated everywhere.
Some sound too simple to make a difference.
For me, it was tracking what I actually completed each day instead of making bigger to-do lists. It made me more consistent without feeling overwhelmed.
What's one piece of productivity advice that you thought was overrated but ended up helping you?
What's one study habit that improved your grades more than expected?
Everyone talks about studying longer.
I'm more interested in the small habits that quietly made a big difference.
For me, tracking my study sessions instead of relying on motivation helped me stay consistent.
What's one study habit that gave you better results than you expected?
Could be anything:
- A study technique
- A daily routine
- A mindset shift
- Something that sounded simple but actually worked
What's one habit that took less than 5 minutes but changed your day?
We often chase big routines, but I've found tiny habits are easier to stick with.
What's one small habit that made a surprisingly big difference in your life?
Most students do not fail because they are lazy.
They fail because they do not have a simple plan. Motivation comes and goes. A daily system stays. What is the biggest thing stopping you from being consistent?
What's one habit that quietly changed your life?
Everyone talks about big transformations, but I'm more interested in the small habits that didn't seem like much at first.
For me, simply showing up every day.even when I don't feel motivated has taught me more about consistency than waiting for motivation ever did.
What's one small habit that made a surprisingly big difference in your life?
I'd love to hear real experiences instead of generic advice.
How did you become better at communication and negotiation?
I'm realizing that good ideas alone aren't enough. Whether it's talking to people, building something, or even asking for feedback online, communication makes a huge difference.
I'm 19 and trying to improve this skill early. I often struggle to express my thoughts clearly, and when negotiating or discussing something, I either say too little or over-explain.
For those who've improved over time:
• **What helped you become a better communicator?**
• **How did you learn to negotiate without sounding pushy?**
• **Any books, habits, or real-life exercises you'd recommend?**
I'd love practical advice from people who've actually seen improvement.

You don't need a perfect plan
I used to quit every habit after a few days.
So instead of chasing motivation, I started tracking consistency.

Still showing up every day
It's not impressive, but that's the point.
Most people underestimate how powerful small daily actions become when repeated for weeks and months.
What's one small habit you've stayed consistent with recently?
