So in mpdte r1 I got alloted iet davv cse and for IT in sgsits cutoff is 53k so there's a possibility that in R1 upgrade I will get it ,so what's the best

I have taken provisional admission in mit bangalore ( cse paid the whole fee ) do I have to pay again
