Bingos results finally in!

I started this DNA adventure 4+ months ago...

I bought Embark test in March.

Each and every test failed and each test took a month to process.

After 3 fails Embark refunds you.

They said she's a non-secretor, she doesn't shed enough cheek cells..

And Embark doesn't accept blood samples so had to settle for Wisdom and go pay her vet to draw her blood.

Its been a long ridiculous ordeal. Lol

So happy to at least have a idea of what she is now though. 💓

Nasal tumor advice

Nasal tumor advice

So my girl has what the vet suspects is nasal tumors.

Shes my soul dog and she loves me just as much as I love her.

The way she looks at me is just so damn cute like shes infatuated with me such cute little expressive eyes, she follows me everywhere :'( so this has been so hard in me emotionally.. like im crying right now writing this.

Anyways, I know that its a very bad thing to have and the outcome usually isnt good.

Money is an issue. Although Im tempted to try to go to Mexico to get treatment for her.

Shes about 11 or 12 years old but let me tell you, this dog is a strong resilient dog and she has alot of spunk in her but the nasal tumor is progressing and shes getting more tired I can see it.

I need advice on what to do. I do not want her to suffer and I am afraid I will not notice when too much is too much.

Has anyone dealt with this? How can I bring here relief or comfort? Cold compresses? Shes on a steroid right now.

Embark 2nd swab failed :'(

So I just got the devastating news after waiting 23 days that my dogs 2nd swab failed. :'(

Do you guys have any experience with this?

3rd swab is on its way.

Have any tips for how to get it to work?

My older dog Bingo has a dry mouth and never really has alot of saliva even after drinking water.

Ill post a picture of Bingo so you guys can guess her breeds too since I dont want to break any rules from just asking for advice only.
