ND2 RF Grand Touring Advice Needed

Got konig hypergrams. 17x8 45mm offset. I want to go with the progress RF lowering springs. What tire size should I run? I really want to use 225/45R17 but my concern is rubbing. Would I need to roll my fenders to accomplish that? Or should I be fine?

Preface-

This is a long post. I am a very detailed oriented person. I often find the small overlooked details to be crucial in many things so if you have little to no patience I would suggest not reading the whole thing lol. My situation right now really sucks and I am trying to find a way to fix it. Any input on strategies to improve my current situation and any thoughts or comments regarding this other dealer and their pay plan would be much appreciated.

Current Situation-

I am looking around because I work at a dealership that does 3 brands: 1 highline and 2 exotic. We are in a HCL area. I was told prior to taking the job I would be doing the 1 highline for about 2 to 3 months to get me acclimated then switch over to one of the exotic brands. After 2 to 3 months I approached my now manager about this and he told me "Everything will remain the status quo" and basically said they can't move anybody right now. The highline brand I am doing is very low volume and I am struggling financially despite stronger sales metrics than my coworkers in the same brand, this is due to the aformentioned lack of volume. All of the stress has exacerbated a chronic health issue I have. I have a coworker who does my brand as well and to put it bluntly has been a complete shithead to me. I am one of 3 advisors for this brand. The advisor I am referring to stole a ticket of mine when I was out sick, steals my customers (despite throwing a shit fit if I reciprocate this bitch like behavior) and whines and complains to the manager over the smallest things. This person has been a thorn in my side. They are the highest grossing advisor but that is due to this person stealing customers and appointments from the third advisor and I, as well as clearly having a racket with the receptionist who schedules people with them over me or the third advisor. By the way the third advisor is genuinely the only person who works in the front end with me that I like because they've been awesome to me. I spoke to my manager briefly about this asking him what is going on here? He got defensive about the person exhibiting the bitch-like behavior towards me immediately. When I pointed out the double standard did he kind of take a step back. The whole interaction infuriated me but I still stayed calm with my words and tone. Despite my efforts I imagine my expression and body language indicated how I was really feeling. Later on in the day, he initiated a continuation of our conversation. He told me he doesn't know whats going on between this guy and I but that this is happening to me because I'm still the newer guy here and I am probably being perceived as a threat. He told me "I am not telling you this to string you along. I am telling you this because its what's happening. There are things going on behind the scenes that nobody knows about. You are a damn good salesman and the numbers clearly show it, don't think its gone unnoticed. There are very good things coming your way, it just won't be in this building.". For context this dealer I am at is going to eventually be moving into a new building in the next 2 years and also has a few other dealerships. Given my current situation I cannot wait two years to make better money. I took this job because of what I was told prior to being offered it. Unfortunately I broke my one rule of getting things in writing which is my own damn fault and I accept responsibility for that. But with the amount of time I spend at work, I would've legitimately made more money flipping burgers at McDonald's or being a clerk at 7-Eleven working my current schedule.

Context and my thoughts regarding other dealer-

This dealer I spoke with handed me this pay plan and told me they're a more repair oriented shop. I just so happen to be a repair oriented advisor. After sitting on it, certain things seem too good to be true and the hours per RO metric seems low for what I am used to. This tells me their service dept struggles to get over 3 hours per RO consistently. Also regarding my comment on the whole repair oriented shop, I found the pay plan to conflict with that statement. I don't trust anyone in management because they always lie to me and rarely keep their word which has led me to request every promise in writing so I can hold them accountable, like how they hold me accountable.

The interview and my thoughts on it-

It felt like the Service Director and Manager tried to good cop bad cop me too lol. The Service Manager was trying to stare me down, like a battle of who can break eye contact first and this happened right off the bat within the first 5 minutes. I'm not an arrogant/egotistical person but the way my brain processed this whole initial interaction as, "Dude you're a Chevy dealer. I work for, have worked for, and as a tech have worked on significantly more prestigious brands. You don't scare me.". Suffice it to say I won that battle. Then the Service Director came in and was super friendly. I showed them some of my current metrics and explained that given my severe lack of volume, being at under 50% volume of repair orders closed compared to my coworkers, I maintain higher ELR, hours per RO and my total sales and GP are well over 60% of theirs. Again, with less than 50% of their volume. This is due to me being good at selling repairs. We all shot the shit a little bit, and I saw the two managers giving each other glances. To me the glances registered as "this is our guy". Then the Service Director walked me over to the GM's office to introduce me. The GM happens to be the Owners nephew. What I was sketched out about was how low the max for the hours per ro grid is. This registers to me as either their current advisors can't sell for shit, the whole repair oriented this is BS and/or their customers overall just don't buy shit. What also concerned me is when I asked them what their current average RO amount is in total sales and GP they couldn't provide me an answer. Lastly, revisiting the whole repair oriented thing if you read the last section on the first page it says you get up to an additional 5% for selling at least 10 pre paid maintenance contracts. They told me you have to sell that at the minimum. When they broke it down its actually a damn good deal and seems easy enough to sell. But again, conflicts with their previous statement. Also it doesn't state any specific metrics regarding CSI score.
