I’m 21, he’s in his 30s, we’ve been talking for a while. I’m not too faffed about the age gap but initially I told myself this was just for fun… you can guess how it ended up. I find myself waiting for his messages. We started texting about sex etc and eventually sent pics. I pretty much sent nudes of my waist up, he sent.. everything. The problem is the pics can’t be deleted, the app only lets you delete them within 2 minutes of sending them. I did not know this until after as any old pics I wanted to delete I did it automatically after sending.

The pics have nothing identifiable in them. He’s also on the other side of the world and doesn’t speak English. Do NOT ask me what on earth went through my head when I sent them because I swear I don’t have the answer either lmfao ☠️ I know damn well I won’t be sending any more pics after this but the thought of it just sitting in the chat is eating me alive. In this day and age if anything does happen with those pics I can always pass it off as ai. I’m panicky but I’m not. I know I shouldn’t have done it, no advice can be given because it’s already done lol. I have told him not to share them of course but there’s only so much you can do and I’d be naive to assume the complete best of him. I’m just scared they’ll be shared outside the chat or used against me.

I’m trying to make sense of this. I have a friend who recommended me to watch “Ghost in the Shell”. He sent me a photo of the original copies he has, and the names were this:

He’s a Korean pen pal so there’s a bit of a language barrier, and it’s hard to ask if these are the actual names of the movies (?). He also sent a poster of the anime with a naked woman on it - she’s photographed from the back, on her knees and has a bunch of wires attached to her with a machine gun in her hand. The poster reads: “People love machines in 2029AD. "Who are you? Who slips into my robot body and whispers to my ghost?"

I was wondering if these are the right names in English, if there are multiple parts to this movie / series as I can’t seem to find anything with these names.

Couldn’t it have been a simple brother-sister like relationship like Ade and Liam? And it just had to be when Navid was back in town too like…

I’m going into 3rd year, and I’ve been wanting to apply for GEM. Due to my health issues my grades have fluctuated a little and are not where I want them to be, but unfortunately these are the grades I’d be applying with. I was thinking of taking a year after grad to work, gain more work experience, prepare for the UCAT etc. I was just wondering if it would have any effect or disadvantage if I apply to this year just to apply?

My mum bought me this one perfume three years ago, that had no label or any sort of writing on the bottle. I went through it so fast and regret it sooo bad lmfao. I still have the bottle and smell it occasionally but there’s literally no way to get it again. The woman she bought it from; I believe it was her own concoction. In fact my mum went back today to buy some other things, showed the woman the picture and she immediately recognised it, but said she isn’t selling it at the moment. I don’t know why it took this long for us to go back, I’ve brought it up to my mum multiple times over the years and she just brushed it off lmaoo. I guess we both just thought that it would always be available.

So I’ve been doing some research about how to revive a scent and it’s a whole new rabbit hole for me. You can do GCMS analysis which is gas chromatography mass spectrometry (thank god for being smart in chemistry because I would’ve been like wtf??) but it’s like £600 or so which is wayyy more than I’m willing to spend on perfume. I guess I just have to stick to smelling the lid every couple of years for the rest of my life 😂

Hi everyone, I’m a second year (going into 3rd) biomedical science student. I’ve been wanting to apply for medicine for a while now. Unfortunately my transcript isn’t the best for 2nd year, because I’ve had a few setbacks regarding my health (not big enough to have to alert anyone about, but small flare-ups that pile up over time and affect performance).

I’m aware that by applying this year, that’s what they’ll take into account. I’m not too worried about UCAT or interviews as these are things I can prep for, but I’m more worried about the transcript itself. Knowing myself, I can push through and work hard for 3rd year to get where I want to be. But currently sitting on a 2:2 average isn’t the best look for applying to medical schools. Is it something I just have to suck up? To add, my options are limited as I’m applying for London only, as due to a personal situation I can’t be away from my family at the moment, which has kind of just deflated me to be honest.
