We will never have mental health awareness because, bluntly: some people are too dumb to understand the brain.

as someone who struggled with OCD, intrusive thoughts, panic attacks and more.

I’ve had to accept that some people CAN’T grasp what these are.

i don’t mean to say I’m smart. but i think some people are too dumb to understand.

we don’t realize it but I think we are all experiencing consciousness differently. and thoughts aren’t the same in everyone‘s brain

bipolar disorder, borderline, ocd. we don’t realize these are complex ideas for some people

some people don’t have an internal monologue. some people confuse desires with thoughts that pop up

I’ve been through rounds and rounds of explaining to someone. and then I reach the realization.

some people don’t have brains that can understand it. I’d imagine internally it’s all the same in their brain

Anyone else remember when a Venti Iced Coffee used to be $3 and even then that was considered expensive?

I remember that my coworker taught me I could get an iced coffee Venti with caramel drizzle and it only cost $3

But was still somehow considered expensive at the time in 2013. But now I would dream to pay that much.

Song that feel like the year 3026

it’s 3026. You live in New York but it looks like this now.

Pop music has gone through so many different waves it’s turned into electronic bleeps. What is that playlist?

My picks:

- Xtal - Aphex Twin

- June 9th - Boards of Canada

- Yulquen - Autechre

What inspired this “spoken word-ification” of pop music? Troye Sivan, Charli xcx?

Troye Sivan just released She’s The Best.

i feel like it kinda parallel’s Music, Fashion, Film. in the sense its spoken word. and a departure from their dance pop sound?

What is inspiring this trend?

Why don’t fraternities do the “TikTok Rush Dance” videos that sororities do? It’s exclusively girls that do it

I’m curious why there’s absolutely zero fraternities that do the “TikTok Rush Dance” videos that every sorority does every year

ive been a ”rushtok“ watcher for a few years

obviously dancing on TikTok doesn’t seem like ‘boy thing’

but you'd think there’d be one fraternity out of all of American fraternities. ”what if we did a fun TikTok too?”

why don’t fraternities do themes too? why don’t they have these fun outfits too? You’d think one group of boys would do it but no

none. zero. no boys at all on TikTok dancing. not even for a laugh or joke

why is that? Why is it only girls on “rush tok”?

edit: sorry I just asked another Greek life question. But I had this follow up question
