I'm trying to make my diet more and more plant based, and now I'm trying to stop eating yoghurt, which I do eat quite a bit of.

I'm looking for something to substitute it for, but I don't really like store-bought vegan yoghurts. The main reason I eat yoghurt is because it's a simple thing I can add to a meal if I'm still feeling hungry without any preparation.

So I'm looking for something that would achieve the same thing, which is: to be cheap, filling, which requires little preparation and can be stored in the fridge for several days. I'm thinking there must be easy recipes with silken tofu that could be pretty filling since it's full of protein, but I don't know any (I never cooked silken tofu before, but I'd be happy to learn!)

I moved to Gothenburg almost two months ago, and I saw a lot of red jellyfish in the sea near the coasts. I admit that they scare me enough that if I know there are some in the water I will usually avoid swimming, which I find really annoying because I really love the sea.

So is it common to be stung by jellyfish here? How bad is it? Thank you!

I'm planning to go to Sweden in July and I was trying to buy train tickets from Copenhagen to Göteborg on July 4th , and it doesnt seem to be possible from Skånetrafiken's website.

All trains say \"Biljett kan inte köpas för vald resa\"

None of the trains have tickets available for sale on that date so I'm wondering if they're sold out or if they haven't began selling them yet. Or maybe I'm doing something wrong and there is a better website or app to buy those tickets.

Please let me know what all of this means and if there is a way to get those train tickets, I really need them for the 4th of July. Thank you so much to anyone who replies.
