Can somebody please finally explain, whether it's expected for mywhoosh to be able to connect to BLE HRMs directly?

More context: I've been using mywhoosh for half a year now. I have 2 different brands BLE HRMs (cycplus and rockbros).

Both HRMs can be successfully used directly from rouvy and zwift.

But mywhoosh (on the same device obviously) cannot see either. Hence I use them through the kickr core 2 bridge (which has its own limitations, but that's another story).

Question: does anyone have successful experience of using BLE HRM on anrdoid directly? If so - what model it is?

Preamble: it's not a complaint nor a bug report, probably just sharing my recent experience.

Yesterday it was the first time I experienced the following with the BC:

Steps I taken (have done it before million times in this sequence).

1. Click change gear buttons on both left and right zwift click v2 controllers

2. Both wake up (blue diodes light up)

3. Start BC. BC happily detects both and shows charges for both

4. Click unlock using zwift button

5. Open zwift, select my profile, select the BC virtual trainer

6. Switch back to BC. At this point it always was unlocking successfully, but now not:

6a. Clicks on right click have been registered

6b. Clicks on left click have NOT been registered

Steps that I believe lead to the resolution:

1. Disconnect the virtual BC trainer from zwift

2. Disable bluetooth, 10s pause, enable bluetooth

3. Switch to the automatic unlock method (via left clicker restart)

4. Wait a few seconds

5. Switch back to manual zwift unlock method

6. Repeat the original sequence

7. Celebrate, you've done a good job investigating it, cheers

At the moment routes/segments ridden in races don't count as ridden.

What would be the rationale to have it that way and not the other way around?

At least on mywhooshinfo it's the case 🤷

Platform: android

I was riding the seven gems of Arabia route

And suddenly on a straight stretch of a ride with no turns whatsoever, the camera have made a 360 degree spin around my rider avatar and the route reset to "free roam". (I know you must not take manual turns, it's not the case here)

Hence I couldn't complete the route.

Does it happen often?

Until recently if you have an event soon (like within around 15 minutes) while in a free ride it was a pop up at the bottom with a countdown till the auto event join.

After which if you do nothing it was ​just joining ​the event couple minutes before the start.

Is it not the case anymore?

Isn't showing to me on Android, and couldn't find the option in the settings

I've been riding rouvy for just a week, and at a dilemma on how to evaluate routes.

I ride with virtual shifting (zwift cog + click v2 on kickr core 2), which means the second half of a ride - is "wasted" time: with my setup on downhills steeper than 5% I cannot generate more than 50W (which has been discussed million times).

Hence a question: is it rude to rate it 3/5, as it's a nice climb followed by "useless" downhill? (ah, and this route is a part of a challenge, so I cannot skip it if I really want to complete the challenge)

And a second question: is there a reason rouvy wouldn't add gears after 24 (eg - another 10 on top of that)? And if we all ask them - they could at least consider it?

What is the intended workflow to use the "ride later" feature.

Assuming there is a tablet with the main Rouvy app, and a companion on a phone.

Am I supposed to open the "ride later" on a phone, remember the route name, open "Routes" in the main app and use the name to search for the route?

Or am I missing something?
