i’m currently running a group order and someone claimed AT LEAST 30 photocards. when they filled out my shipping form, they said they wanted stamped shipping instead of tracked…. can i even do that 😭 the most photocards i’ve ever shipped out with stamped shipping is like. 8. and even then that was HECKA strange for me. i can’t even imagine trying to ship 30 through stamped shipping 😭
might just message them and say i can only do tracked shipping but idk maybe it’s possible?????

level 4 w/ 3 years of experience here. “flying dutchman style” doesn’t exist; the only official “styles” we have are animal style and protein style. please stop misinforming people about a “style” that doesn’t exist as it makes things confusing for our order takers, cooks, etc. because we don’t know what you want. “flying dutchman style” could mean A MILLION DIFFERENT THINGS!!!!!!! if you want the flying dutchman whole grilled onion wrapped, just say you want that

if u see this and u know me from my store…. no u don’t….. (i told a few coworkers recently i am quite active on the INO reddit lmao so this is a disclaimer)

i got hired in june 2023 and got my level 3 within a year of working (july 2024). everything was fine until i had to get fry training
for whatever reason it took SO MUCH pestering to management to get fry time. admittedly, i am not the best at fries. in fact, i am a weak fry body. however, a big reason for that was because i was just NEVER put on fries. i would also constantly get portioner time and no DL time even after asking. our 2nd manager at the time was quite literally the only reason why i got my raise because he was incredibly good at listening to training requests and wanted our store to be better overall (he transferred to a different store earlier in 2026). at this point i was already extremely frustrated with the lack of training.
april 2025 rolls around and one of our 3rd managers comes up to me and says that “the management team came together and saw you working really hard, so we’re giving you your level 4.” soooo… that sounds to me that i was given my level 4 either bc i was over-target for hours or out of pity…… and my other fry bodies who got their level 4’s had to deal with a rush by themselves to get their raises and i NEVERRRR had to do that… okayyyy great…! that is amazing to hear thank you so much!!!! 😃 (sarcasm obviously)

since getting my level 4 in april 2025 (now july 2026), i have been put on ANY fry position a total of 3 times, 2 of them being portioner. also since april 2025 ive had only 1 SINGULAR time on board training after asking for a while. i wrapped 3 burgers, and then got a drawer right after. i used to say i didn’t care about my level 5, but honestly it’s really demotivating to see people who have gotten hired way after me leveling up so freaking quickly. i feel stuck and it feels pointless to ask for fry time or board time because at this point all of my knowledge for either of those positions is out the window.

kind of a question, but moreso a rant of my situation. i feel frustrated and confused. i don’t mind being a drawer body or on drive handout often because admittedly i am VERY good at both of those things. however, it does feel a little embarrassing “being a level 4” but not being able to do level 4 things.

i was supposed to work a 9:50am-6:20pm shift today. i got my first 10 like normal, and then after a bit at around 2:30pm my manager told me she’d let me know when to take my half. i haven’t done many 8 hours, so i wasn’t sure when my max time was to take my half. at 3pm i asked her when i should take my half and she said i had missed it since she lost track of time. apparently she meant to send me home at 3pm but i ended up taking a half, reclocking in, and then when i went to check in with her she just sent me home lol.

i was told that when you miss a half, you can only work a six-hour shift but you get money from missing the half…? what are the repercussions/consequences for missing a half? also what penalty does the manager receive? my manager seemed super apologetic and i felt bad that i wasn’t aware of what time i should’ve taken it 😔
