Why is this charging so slow?

I thought the slow level 1 charging was going to be 3-5 mi/hr. It says it’s charging at 1 mi/hr and I think it’s rounding up. And it’s been an hour and hasn’t gone up by a single percent. It’s plug into a standard outlet in the garage. I live in a warm climate. Is this normal?

EDIT: I charged it overnight and it gained 40 miles which is what I expected. Seems like it was charging slower during the day or something. But that’s hopefully enough miles for me to avoiding installing the level 2 charger. My commute is only 14 miles. Also, a lot of people were suggesting it was because I was in the car using the AC, but it held this 0-1 mi/hr for about two hours from 4PM to 6PM, after which I was driving it for errands.

Finally got my GTA VI pre-order machine!!

I really wonder what edition of the game I’m going to buy since I’m digital. Do they mail the physical stuff to my house or something??? I want a big map!!

Course/program to learn how to use AI in construction?

My job offers me $1000 for self-directed development, and it would be interesting to take a course to learn how to use AI more to help me do my job.

Have any of you guys found a similar course/program that you thought would be good? Doesn't have to relate directly to construction as long as it's applicable.

First time yard owner. What’s the realistic way to improve this?

Just bought our first house and it has a yard. We want to figure out how to improve it and make it mostly grass. We don’t need it picture perfect, just want good enough so we can use the space barefoot without stepping on something sharp or getting all muddy. Any tips on how to make this better? I’d also appreciate if you explain expected time and costs required because we’re pretty limited with those resources right now. We’re in Florida and these pictures were taken this morning.

Is it too shady to get the grass to grow every where? Do all the leaves and pine needles need to be raked away or can they fertilize the grass or something? We plan on just raking the leaves to the edge of the fence and having a leaves-area and a grass-area. Is this a good idea? Also there’s an old tree stump that we’d like to get rid of. Maybe just fill it with dirt and seed over? Thank you!
