Now that Rin is getting slandered, I've been seeing people saying that his puppeteer mode was better or that he should combine puppeteer mode and destroyer mode to reach full potential. But he won't because he can't.

Puppeteer mode was born because he was trying to copy Sae and also because his old team was TRASH. This is a paragraph from his light novel :

He felt as if he was fighting alone. No one on his team can keep up with his movements, and his line of attack breaks before reaching the goal. In a match without Sae, even if he gets out to the position he thinks is the best, no pass will come to him.

No matter how good of a player he was, and even though he was standing on the most strategic place to score, his bum ass teammates couldn't get the ball to him, and so he couldn't score. He learnt to manipulate his entire team so that he could score.

But now, the remaining Blue Lock players are not trash, they are competent enough to keep up with him. Something that he realized all the way back during the U20 match.

His current teammates, and most likely his future teammates in Re Al, are people who are too competent to be controlled by him. Puppeteer mode can only work if he's the only good player, surrounded by trash teammates, playing against trash enemies. Or in other words, if he is alone, surrounded by mindless puppets.

Anti loves reading about child abuse and SA but how dare authors write about consensual sex between 2 minors!!!
