Role: Sales Caller (Remote)
Your job is to call businesses, introduce our services, and explain how we can help them grow their revenue. You'll be handling outbound calls — walking potential clients through what we do, why they need it, and how we can add value to their business.
Working Hours & Schedule
- 10 AM – 6 PM, 5 days a week
- Any 2 days off per week (your choice)
- Daily target: 50–60 calls (leads provided by us)
- Once you've hit your target for the day, text me to confirm — we'll then do a quick 10-minute audit call on WhatsApp covering what went well, what to improve, and any info you need going forward
Compensation
Base Pay: ₹5,000/month (paid end of month)
Commission:
- 20% on deals under ₹25,000
- 15% on deals of ₹25,000 and above
- Paid out immediately once the client completes payment
Example: Close ₹30,000 worth of deals in a week → ₹6,000 commission that week, plus your monthly base.
Most companies offer 10% commission or a flat ₹10–15K salary. We're offering better than both.
Target: Minimum 2 sales per week
Trial Week
- First week is a paid trial
- You'll call using your personal number
- Hit the 2-sales target → we reimburse you for a dedicated business SIM (registered in your name, cost covered by us)
We have existing clients and a track record — both can be shared with you before you start.
