I am trying to connect my gear 360 to my samsung note20 ultra through the app, i installed the modded app and everything but the keeps on crashing and the camera won't connect, it maybe connected once or twice but immediately disconnects
So because Images are not allowed for some reason I cant prove it but I got the GearVR "Malibu" (basically the new one) Background environment aka the home or lobby or whatever you call it. It's sadly not a 3d model, just a 360° image. If you want a step by step guide on how to exctract it yourself let me know!
I know minecraft has some anti piracy thing so you cant create a world, is there any way to play minecraft this day and age?
btw i dont know if it happends there but the gear vault version just doesnt work at all for me
i recently bought a gearvr and have a s6 laying around, can i still do anything with it?
sadly, there doesn't seem to be updated browsers for the gear VR (which is my usage case) so i will return the s9+ i got for it.
that said, i sometimes watch movies with my s24(even there is horrible drift), and was thinking of changing my phone. There is an insteresting deal on a 25+, but i wanted to know if it will fit on the gear vr.
Hey everyone,
I’ve been thinking about how awesome the Gear VR Codex/Vault is as a place to preserve apps, games, and info for a platform that’s basically been left behind. It’s already super valuable—but I feel like it could become even better with a community-driven feature.
Suggestion:
What if we could submit our own articles and even upload our own games/apps to the Vault, with everything going through moderator approval before being published?
This could open up a lot of possibilities:
Having a mod approval system for uploading games would keep quality high and prevent spam, while still letting the community actively contribute and grow the archive.
Right now, a lot of Gear VR content is disappearing or becoming hard to find. Letting users contribute directly (in a controlled way) could really help preserve the ecosystem long-term.
Curious what everyone else thinks—would you use a feature like this?
(This was ChatGPT generated. Sorry abt that)
Hey guys, i just got an S9+ and finally got my gear vr working again, but oculus browser is having a lot of incompatibilities with the sites y was trying to access.
I tried installing firefox reallity, but am not being able to launch it with gear vr(it closes imediately, with version 12).
I wanted to know if there is any other browser i can use?
Thanks
EDIT: just tried wolvic and wolvic chromium, the same seems to be happening (downloaded latest version from https://www.wolvic.com/dl/)
Also, samsung VR browser has the same issues as oculus browser
