It's running the original install of Windows, and there's seemingly close to no drivers or anything for it online. I tried making a HDD image for a ThinkPad a while back, but failed, so I'm not sure if I trust myself enough for that to be viable.

It has an IBM TravelStar, which while working completely fine now, is a TravelStar, so I don't have much faith in its longevity. Any help would be appreciated!

Basically the title. I've tried factory resetting it, and I don't know what could be causing this; I'd assume a hardware failure, but like I said in the title, it works for volume and the power menu just fine. The touch also works for the back button. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
