Anyone know the best way to do this? I activated on September 8th and I need to buy a second pass to get me to November 2nd. Thanks!

I’m currently on a $50/10gb plan. I work on a ship and due to recent issues with ship wifi I’ve been using a lot more data and frequently run out. My data just reset 4 days ago and since then I’ve been attempting to change my plan to a $50/50gb plan. I’ve tried multiple browsers, multiple devices (phone, iPad, PC). I select a new plan and it tells me to pick my free perk then there’s the ice cream error saying to try again in an hour.

I’ve tried the Koodo help chat and messaged with a rep who said they changed the plan on Monday. It still hasn’t changed. I’m frustrated beyond belief. Can anyone explain what I’m doing wrong?

Ordered a CPO iphone that arrived defective (installed replacement parts don't seem to be able to configure properly, and I don't want to be notified about this ongoingly for the rest of the phone's life). Called Koodo for exchange or return. Exchange not an option because the exact same phone with same specs is out of stock (even though I'd be happy with a different but similar phone). Have to return and order a different phone. Okay, no problem.

But I cannot order a replacement phone on my tab with my current plan and keep my phone number until the return is completely processed?? Which could take 3-4 weeks???

I totally understand I need to be on the hook for the defective phone until they receive it back, I just want to be able to get the other phone in the meantime! I'd be fine if they charged me for the defective phone then refunded me, whatever, but there are ZERO options apparently for me to be able to get a new phone with a tab (without paying for it in full) for the next 3-4 weeks until the return is processed?

Does anyone have any tips ???

Hi all, just wondering if someone here can make sense of this for me:

As of September of this year, I had 3 months remaining on my phone term. My Tab was at $75 (-$25/month) and my Tab Bonus Balance was $150 (-50/month). The balance reduces on either the last day of the month or the first day of the following month.

When I logged in today (the 1st of October) I was expecting to see my Tab at $50 and my Tab Bonus at $100 with only 2 months remaining. My Tab is correct, but the Bonus Balance has not reduced and now it is saying that it reduces by $75/month instead, which has never been the case. The last Tab Bonus reduction was -$50 on August 31st.

Any idea what's going on here? I was hoping to pay off my balances today so that I could get a new phone. I dropped it at the start of the year and the phone screen has been getting progressively worse. I've held off on upgrading as long as possible to avoid eating those balances, but I'm traveling soon and I'm worried about it getting jostled and finally biting the dust while I'm away. I was ready to eat the $150, not $200.
