Did look at potentially trying to take it all the way off, but sounds like that could get messy.

I've done a few ChatGPT room mockups, I can fit a power rack, single pulley machine and dumbbell rack in my spare room. It's a little cramped, but it works out well because the single pullley machine is 215 high, the rack is 188 (mirafit short)

This should hopefully allow me to do pull ups - 5,7, 223 ceilings

But, someone suggested getting a built in rack with a pulldown system at the back, all the ones I've found are literally 222 high

It would work amazingly well if I could find a shorter foot print one like the rack I've found if anyone has any recommendations, thank you

As per title,

Currently train in a gym something like,

Bench, incline press, lat raise machine, flies machine, tricep pushdown, curls, lat pulldown, rows, squats, leg press, leg curls, overhead press, etc

I have an option to get a home gym, but due to size it will be a rack, bench, dumbbells and a barbell essentially.

Have those of you who have gone from all of the above managed to still figure out a plan that works?

I can see some like for like movements I can do, but it does feel a bit limiting on paper.

Back on iPhone, and going through my apps and what I use, everything looks sort of either Apple apps, free apps - Shazam, Spotify, etc - or Things 3.

Tried Tesco's southern fried version, and they tasted very, very spicy in comparison, I'm assuming they use more garlic.

Do you think a Daytona Panda or AP Royal Oak rep is more like the genuine version, which would you pick up, how 'like gen' do you believe it is?

I thought buying followers messed with your algorithm, etc?
