Why is Lester LJT?

No, not in the sense of "what's the proof that Lester is LJT" most of us already know that. I mean: Why Lester took the role of LJT and helps the player with the Motorcycle Club businesses?

Lester is not the type to guy to be around dealing those types of illegal businesses, he doesn't have the needs for doing so either since even himself says he has more money that he could even spend.

If he's not LJT for pleasure or money then what is it? Only logical explanation I cound think of is that he's hypervigilant and so he wants to keep a close eye to our protagonist, which I think that it's a stretch to say at least because he could just track us without being part of the business.

TXR:D2 Modding questions (Image somewhat related)

Hello! I want to complete TXR:D2 again, so I've been looking unsucessfully for some hacks for TXR:D2 that I'm aware they exist but I can't find them. Those are the hidden/rival decals hack that allows you to use the rivals decals and some other hidden ones like racing numbers. I'm also looking for the hack that allows to buy rivals and special cars. Many thanks if you can help me find them!
