Can I give someone a UTI ? From my research and how I handle myself I don’t think I did.

I’m asking this question since my primary partner is saying I gave them a UTI after having sex with a secondary partner. There was roughly 24-48 hours before I had sex with my primary partner again, I had showered 1-2 times in that time frame and I pee after sex and through out the day. To my knowledge with good hygiene and peeing that no bacteria would have been in my urethra or on my skin that could cause a UTI through sex.

So far my google research concurs this but she also made mention that a nurse or doctor (can’t remember) said that this is what probably caused it. I still think other factors such as her hygiene, clothing, her potentially not peeing after sex, or even susceptibility to UTIs could have been the actual factor.

I also know that it takes a minimum of 24-48 hours before symptoms of a UTI begin to show.

Did I not practice safe sex ? I’m asking this subreddit since it’s kink community related

To keep it simple. I [M30] had sex with a woman and then 24-48 hours later I had sex with another partner. The secondary partner had a UTI and blamed it on the fact that I had sex with the other person prior. This has been reported to the community and it has a strike against me because of it and I am not sure if I’m in the wrong here since this is my first experience with this ever happening.

To my knowledge when you have sex with someone the bacteria can get into my urethra but I thought after 24-48 hours I should be fine especially with my hygiene standards and peeing after sex to flush out bacteria.

Questions to better my game play

I am Plat 2 currently, was one game off emerald but my gun fighting skills and getting toxic teammates in the R6 server is screwing with me.

1: when to comes various machine guns and submachine guns ( like Zeros main gun the MP7), should i try not to engage targets which are far away say 15 meters away? I ask because when it comes to machine guns and submachine guns with various recoils I loose a lot of gun fights due to not being able to control the recoil when it comes to farther distances whether on defense or or attack unless my cross hair lines up with their body by luck for the first shot or two and then no more shots hit since the recoil for a target at that distance is hard to control. I take it the best option is to not engage or close the distance unless there is something i can do about perfecting my recoil for targets are longer distances

2nd : is it bad to use a large monitor for siege? i ask because I noticed a correlation between better gameplay on my laptop versus my PC and came to the conclusion its either I am more comfortable playing on my laptop or maybe the screen size difference is an issue. I was playing in my vehicle while traveling with my car chair as low and as far back as possible and my mouse on my center console between the driver and passenger seat. I considered that my vehicle gaming setup with that versus my PC set up could be having an effect on my comfort while playing.

3rd: Should I just use lasers since I'm plat 2 to emerald 5. pretty much every post says the enemy is already gonna know where you are roughly in higher lobbies so the ADS speed advantage is a plus as long as you hide it as best as you can from approaching enemies and not give away your position. I understand this can vary depending on the weapon type you use like shotguns, pistols, etc.

4: what weapons should i utilize iron sites on for the ADS advantage? in your opinion.`

5: is there a good place I can find people to play with? i use the R6 server and you don find a good 5 stack there a lot of the time but most of the time you are with various people that don't care about strats, coms, shutting up or not arguing when dead, etc. I ask this since I solo queued at the beginning of the season and had a .7 KD and now with stacking I have grinded to a .96 and believe if I always plays with well rounded players that aren't toxic ill always come out on top

My vehicle is covered in polyurethane- what now?

If you’re not interested in reading the entire story, scroll down for the main question. To simplify, I’m a construction inspector who inspected a crew painting polyurethane on concrete structures in my personal vehicle three weeks ago. The structures were situated within a tunnel-like structure on an interstate highway. The workers were spray painting the polyurethane coating, and I was parked far enough away that I shouldn’t have been affected. However, due to the tunnel-like design of the overall structure, vehicles traveling at high speeds constantly through the tunnel caused strong winds to carry the polyurethane mist further than it would normally travel in the direction of traffic, which was the direction I was parked.

As a result, my vehicle is now covered in millions of tiny black dots of dried polyurethane paint. Since my 2021 4Runner is painted a darker blue, it’s difficult to notice the issue until you get close or physically feel the vehicle, which feels like sandpaper. Some people have even told me that it appears to them that it’s affecting the clear coat and potentially damaging it. I plan to discuss this with the contractor and hope that their insurance will cover the cost.

I’ve tried using isopropyl alcohol, stoner tar and sap remover, and Goof Off to remove the polyurethane. I’ve mostly focused on cleaning the glass of the vehicle rather than the paint job, but it’s a time-consuming and labor-intensive process. Goof Off works best, but I know it will likely damage the clear coat along with other chemicals that easily remove polyurethane, such as acetone. With Goof Off, I clean a small area on the vehicle’s body and then wash it off immediately afterward to counteract the damage, but I know it’s a risky gamble.

I started using these chemicals because I was trying to determine what was on my car over the last couple weeks as there were several possibilities, such as tree sap from pulverized trees and soot or ash that had rained on my car from wildfires. Just today, I came to the conclusion that it’s polyurethane.

Now, what would be the best course of action to fix the millions of tiny dried dots of polyurethane? I imagine that the entire clear coat would need to be removed and repainted?

The first thing a Geologist said to me when I got my first mining/exploration job

Boss: “Welcome to Hawthorne Nevada there’s a woman behind every tree”

Me: “There’s no trees?”

Boss: “ you’re catching on.”

That was the day that I learned that my love life and social life was gonna take a dump. Loved the career hated the lack of social and love life.

Car covered in a mist of tree sap/dirt mixture from a construction project

I work on a project that is building a neighborhood and they’re tearing down the trees and causing a lot of dirt to be thrown up into the air and mixing with the tree sap that has been mistied from tearing down all the trees. This is causing my entire vehicle to be covered in a thin layer of this material that feels like sandpaper to the touch when you run your hands along the car. It’s everywhere. so far I have been able to get a couple of spots cleaned with isopropyl alcohol and a rag. The problem is the two spots that I did took me well over 30 minutes to clean and they were not large spots at all. My car is going to be at this project every day for the next year. I know that a car wash can’t clean it off.

So how should I clean this as effectively as possible and what can I use on my vehicle to combat this if anything at all?

Is what I’m looking for unrealistic and should I consider a monogamous relationship with this person who likes me and I like them?

To start off I am a M [29] A few days ago I let someone who I’ve been casually dating know that while they are now more interested towards monogamy that I am not. Being a BDSM/ Swinger and a bit of a slut in general, my goal was to find someone who was along the same lines essentially into ethical non monogamy/open relationship where I’m only really interested in being in love with one person, but also loves fooling around with others together or separately within BDSM/Swinging. I’m also interested in someone who wants kids when we are ready to settle down since that will take a lot out of our personal life’s when we begin being parents.

I came to this realization that I was into this kind of relationship style around 18 and refined what I was looking for over the last 11 years. Due to my life tho I haven’t really dated much except the last year of my life because of work, being out of shape, learning to communicate better, autism, etc.

My goal was that by the age of 35 that I would have found someone by then that fits what I’m looking for and that would be when I want to start having kids. So do you think what I’m looking for is statistically unlikely for me to find ?

Im asking because my casual dating partner wants monogamy. I would consider monogamy, I just fear that my missing of being a bdsm/swinger/slut outside the relationship would cause me to lose interest and break up with them eventually. On the other hand If I don’t at least try then I potentially miss someone who check marks a lot of boxes in what I’m looking for in someone.

So I thought I’d ask the advice of people within kink and Poly for their advice based on their personal experiences. Should I give this monogamous relationship a shot and if I feel I can’t do it break it off? Or should I just keep looking for what I wanted to find in the first place?

Is what I’m looking for unrealistic and should I consider a monogamous relationship with this person who likes me and I like them?
