It's a catchy dance song with an animated cartoon style video. Starts with a guy (bald with sunglasses?) in a suit leaving his house and driving a fancy sports car around what looks like miami/vice city in the 80s. I think another guy ends up in the car and they go to nightclubs etc. The lyrics are based around partying/dancing.
