As someone who doesn't live in CDO, it is a bit of a hassle to find clinics who does the procedures.

- Panoramic x-ray:

Polymedic gateway. Grabe kadali, like it took me less than 10 mins, gisend na dayon ang result. Price is P1200 if soft copy. If included ang hardcopy, P1400. It is a bit expensive but the xray is very detailed.

Heathy smile (SM dt). Super smooth and dali ra gohapon ang process but if this is for your wisdom teeth, I wont recommend it kay dili maklaro sa ilahang result. Pero if sa front teeth, this will do na. Price is P650.

- Periapical xray:

Premea dental (likod ayala). Ganahan kaayo ko diri ay. Boutan kaayo ang staff and doctor. Like 100/100 akong irate based on my experience hahaha. Price is P500 per tooth exposure.

With the crossborder fee naman, we booked most of our activities sa agoda because it is cheaper than klook. 1 lang nabook namin sa klook. Nashock ako when I checked the transactions sa card. Magkaiba ang nadeduct na amount from the actual price. May 1% na crossborder fee if agoda. Si klook naman walang crossborder fee pero mas mahal lang talaga siya.

Growing up, I never had a room of my own, it's either I share it with my brother or my sister. I even remembered sleepi g in our living room.

When I started working in 2021, I was already living independently in the city but not really alone as I was earning around 10k per month way back and I can only afford a bedspacer.

For the first time in my life, nagkaroon ako ng sarili kong space. I rented a 1 bedroom apartment and other things para comfortable ako. It was also my first time na makatulog every night na may aircon.

Living solo really made me realized how peaceful it is. It was really nice as I can literally do anything I want. But, na realize ko wala akong ipon. I had to pay for everything. Hindi naman kinakain ng bills ko yung sahod but for some reason wala akong pera. Hindi ako maluho but I really love to eat. There's a time na first time ko chineck yung credit card statement ko and I realized I was sepndi g 4-5k from ordering sa grab or foodpanda. Iba pa yung groceries ko and iba pa yung pag dine out with friends ko.

For context, here's my expenses that time.

Despite these expenses meron pa namang natitira sa sahod but damn, I never knew I spent so much until I tracked my expenses. I also feel broke that time.

I knew I had to do something and the only solution is for me to go home back sa province. I took out a loan sa credit card (less than 200k) ko to renovate the tindahan dati sa tabi ng bahay namin and I made it as my room. I bought my own aircon and a 14k noise cancelling headset. Idk what happened but I had 450k debt sa credit card ko. Never pa naman ako nag overdue and this month, I only have 47k left na utang.

Yung expenses ko dito sa bahay:

Meds - 630 (my condition improved)

Internet - 1699

Electricity - 2k-3k

Allowance - 5k

Insurance - 2300

Phonebill - 1.5k

I can now save the rest of my sahod and invest some of it.

Here's the thing. I wanna move out again. I just realized na nacocompromise yung mental health ko. There are ALOT of problems dito sa bahay only because their problem becomes my problem. And I hate it. One thing that's holding me back is the potential of saving more of my salary.

I might just have to stay here for another year or two until I can finally afford living solo again. I might also find another job that pays more too.

I really love living alone dahil sarili ko lang pinoproblema ko but I also feel like I need to learn a lot in managing my finances. Ngayon ko palang nafeel yung sahod ko.

About a month ago, a credit card agent approached me at the mall. I didn't want a basic card since I already have 5 NAFFL cards and the MB World MC, so I specifically asked the agent to apply for the BPI Visa Signature.

Last week, BPI texted me that they are evaluating my application. When I was working earlier, I did some searching about BPI Visa Signature and I just found out that it actually doesn't have International Lounge Access. I thought this was a great card since a lot of people are praising it. Kinda disappointing. Just hoping that my application doesn't get approved. I might just have to cancel the card if it gets through.

It's nice since there's Marhaba in Terminal 3, but the annual fee is expensive, and the complimentary international lounge access is really what I was after. I hope they add that in the future.
