Our business yelp has been open for 8-10 years. We have only 16 reviews seeing as we’re a smoke shop and no one feels the need to leave reviews. We have 15 good reviews that were rejected, yet the review of a customer doxing my social media accounts and recording me in public at a random target has not been removed. I reported it and it has remained up for a month now. However yelp has no issues removing a good review within a day.

To put it simple, I’m a 23 year old adult who has been bullied and harassed by a 17 year old customer and her mother for 3 years now. This incident that started it all was 3 years ago when the mother would come in and clearly buy vapes for her underage daughter and I refused to sell to them. They posted all over their social media to leave the shop bad reviews. I was able to screenshot their post at the time and have a video recording of them trying to assault one of my customers as well. After spamming our reviews we were left as a 1 star shop. It took months to get rid of the reviews and it lead me to a deep depression then.

Now it is 3 years later and they saw me at a local target, decided to record a video of me and post it in our Yelp. They found me on TikTok and decided to harass me through friends so I made sure to let them know I still have evidence of the first incident. Now they have posted my social media handles on yelp as well.

I have been getting customers to leave good reviews in case they decide to spam us with bad reviews again which I don’t doubt they will do. Mind this is all over a smoke shop refusing to sell to a minor. I’m exhausted over these entitled customers(Jessie smoke shop3 in lake Elsinore)

I can’t eat or sleep from everything going on. If they manage to spam us with bad reviews again I will lose my job and I’m already renting a small space with just to a sofa to survive. I can’t handle this dread I feel that I will wake up with a spam of bad reviews.

The smoke shop name is Jessie’s smoke shop 3 in lake Elsinore. I know we’re a 3 star shop, I just can’t risk it going to 1 star again

To give context for 3 years I’ve suffered with abnormal discharge with a foul odor. Every time I would just test positive for bv and take my medication yet the symptoms persisted. After advocating for my health I asked to get tested for Ureaplasma Parvum which I tested positive for and was prescribed doxycycline.

After having researched more on urea plasma I discovered that your partner needs to take the medication as well to avoid spreading urea plasma back and forth. So I immediately scheduled a doctor’s appointment for my boyfriend to get him the prescription of doxycycline. At the doctor’s visit today it was so humiliating having to sit in a room as the only female. I was left explaining to a male doctor and my male partner that through research online I wanted him to get treated for urea plasma as well. They both looked annoyed and upset that I was trusting online research instead of just taking the medication alone like I was originally told to do.

My partner was given the prescription in the end after pushing for it further but why as females are we labeled as the dirty ones with the problem while the men are never required to do any research about their role in spreading bv to urea plasma ?
