I just realized depression sucks

Yeah, I know, amazing revelation, but seriously. I've been dealing with depression on and off since I was 15 and it's always just been "it is what it is". My parents semi-forced me on meds after a psychotic break in college and it got better, but I've been off them for a couple years and I just had to quit my new job because of this ridiculous crap. I can't do anything without thinking about wanting to hurt or kill myself. Lunch? Nah. Dishes? Nope. Take care of the child you're paid to nanny?? Ha, you wish. It. SUCKS. I'm just so DONE.

My husband said in his vows one of the main things he loves about me is how emotional I am. Happy, sad, I feel it all. I prided myself in that being who I am. Who am I when I just feel... nothing? Nothing other than maybe anger. I can't function as a human being... What good am I?

My mental health is getting in the way of work, should I bring this up to NP?

I have been struggling being as involved with my 1y NK because of my depression. I'm not putting her in harms way, but I'm just watching her and not playing with her like I used to. (I still feed her, take her on walks, the bare minimum)

I don't honestly know what I should do so I guess that's my question? Do I bring it up to her mom? Do I quit/take a break? I just feel like I'm not being a good nanny for the family and there would be someone out there better for her

Edit/Update: I was on meds for anxiety and depression in college but was eventually able to get off them. I hate the idea of going back on because it messed with my appetite so much and still struggle with that. However, everyone being honest with me and saying this isn't okay is right. I'm not taking good care of my NK and she deserves better. I'll use this to learn and to challenge myself when I feel like just settling into the bare minimum. Thank you

Is it Normal to Shake After Sex?

I'm not just talking about just legs shaking. Full body shakes, muscles tensing, and I can't breathe. it's almost seizure like except I'm completely conscious

It's not every time, but 99% of the time I have sex, I get the shakes after. I don't feel like this is normal but I have no idea what it would be

How much to feed my pup??

I have a Great Pyrenees/ Mudi mix pup. The "estimated weight" feeding chart would be helpful except GPs are 100+ lbs as adults but mudis are barely 30 lbs??

He's only 11 weeks right now, how do I determine how much for him to eat?

What are things you wish you knew when you raised your pup?

I got a 7 week old pyrenees/mudi mix yesterday. I wasn't around to raise our first pup (6f pyrenees/black lab) but I'm the one home training him this time around. What are some tips you wish you had with you pup?
