Do I have to keep doing this? I dont even make 1/4 of the tips I make at the store I got hired at. I tried saying id really prefer to work at my store, and the manager said she really doesnt have anyone else to do it
Last week I made a post about my tips being around $30 short. The manager did rob me and this is how I proved it. I got a $17 tip, which was the highest ive gotten on an order in the 3 weeks ive been driving. I was happy about this tip so I took a screenshot and sent it to my girlfriend. I decided to ask our GM about my tips being short and she checked the computer, turns out that order along with 2 more were put under another drivers name. I was also able to tell the manager the exact amount of the tips that were reassigned. This other driver didnt know anything about these orders, and I had a screenshot to prove i at least took the $17 one. In fact this driver also complained his tips were short multiple times. The store was also short that night. Thankfully this manager was fired immediately and we got our stolen tips back, for that night at least

Im recording vocals for my first song im attempting to make, im using youtube instrumentals since i cant afford to buy the full .flp files right now, so its a 2 track mix. I cant seem to get my vocals to sit right on any instrumental i use. Any help is greatly appreciated. The plugins used are:

DeEsser Stereo
Clarity Vx
I also tried a plugin called TrackSpacer, along with an EQ on the instrumental to create space in the instrumental for my vocals. Heres that version:

Im a new driver, last night my app showed i made $60.51 at the end of the night, I stayed almost 2 hours later because I thought I was making good tips. At first I was given $6, then I was given $10 more when I said it didnt seem right, my manager said it was because someone took 1 order under my name and i took an order under theirs. I said thats 1 order and im still short $30, thats not even including mileage. They gave me $10 more. Then I was told to give back $4 when I clocked out. I went home with $39 and I was told the system says thats what im owed. Im going to talk to a different manager about this today, im seriously considering asking our regional supervisor about it, but if a more knowledgeable manager can help me i feel that would be best.
Edit: the $39 came from my $20 bank and $19 i was given at the end of the night. I did not have any cash orders
