Any caregivers in Ireland?

My wife is already preparing her application as a caregiver in Ireland. Goal niya is to bring me and our child dun as her dependents, and possibly live there. Posible ba? Considering yung salary limitations ng isang caregiver at ang salary threshold para sa family reunification, parang mahirap. O baka may alam kayo na paraan?

We are also thinking na baka try our luck in a different country like Finland kasi parang mas madali ang family reunification.
