Choosing a restroom stall here feels like picking a character selection screen

Hey, guys. I'm new here and don't know what kind of community this is, but I thought I'd share my little story. After yesterday's update, my MSI laptop stopped recognizing the m2 SSD, and Windows booted with an error. I spent a long time trying to figure this out, and finally found information about disabling the VMD controller in the BIOS. But on the MSI, the disable option is grayed out. Then I found a video from an Indian guy explaining how to disable it. Press shift + rightctrl + alt + f2 in the BIOS, then in the settings tab, find the line "System Agent (SA) Configuration," then "VMD setup menu," and then disable it. I'm not sure how relevant this advice is for this sub, but I hope it's useful to someone.
