Bloodtinge build without bloodtinge weapons
Looking for advice on a quality bloodtinge build. I wanna invest more in bloodtinge but none of the main bloodtinge weapons appeal to me so I wanna do something like the burial blade or beast hunter saif Instead.i have all my offensive stats at the 25 soft cap.

I looked up the blood gems and while none of them explicitly add a bloodtinge scaling I noticed one waning gem added a blood atk+ with the odd bloodtinge gem. Does the blood damage scale with bloodtinge or not? Also if anyone has advice to farm this gem I would appreciate it.

Can't go to work
So every time I get a job I end up calling out within the first couple weeks sometimes I don't even show up on my first day and make an excuse like I got the dates wrong. As you can imagine I never end up holding a job for long, unfortunately I dont have any friends or family I could stay with and I'm on the brink of homelessness. I called out again today and was fired for it.

I don't know why I keep doing this. I'll be all set to go to work then I just get an overwhelming feeling that If I go to work I'm gonna die. It's obviously not that extreme but I don't know how else to describe it. Like some force is just making me call out. I don't wanna do this, I know I need to work but my brain just won't let me go sometimes. How do I fix this? Does anyone have a similar experience that can share some tips?

For a bit of context this zarina was bming for 1st part of the game, despite the fact she was the first to go down. I also had her dead on hook earlier in the game but I just dropped her at the hook since the survivors had only 2 gens done by that point and i didn't want the game to end too early (also I wanted more stbfl value)
