Nasa recently admitted they have "unexplained ufo imagery." So, I guess we should expect alien artifacts on the moon and Mars to be confirmed soon?

I may be oversimplify things but why can't we just collect millions of gallons of ocean water (potentially once a year), take it to outer space and launch it towards the sun to offset rising sea levels?
I've always though that if there were indeed aliens living among humans, these aliens would know how to hack the system. Their advanced brains could recognize patterns within human civilization and know what steps need to be taken to basically beat the system and become one of the wealthiest "humans" in the world. Well...
Some of the videos are mundane. Some are extraordinary. Some are just confusing. I'd say this is one of the more confusing ones.
Can anyone explain what is happening and what these things are?
EDIT: I understand that this is a recreation based on eye witness statements. I'm curious as to what they saw. What this recreation depicts doesn't align with any other sighting I've ever seen.
This is the type of stuff we used to see in Weekly World News. The fact that a major media outlet is informing the public on the protocol for communicating with aliens is wild. What a time to be alive.
The question I can't help but ask myself is, do they think conact is going to happen soon? Is that why this article got published?

So, three days before the movie Disclosure Day comes out, a bipartisan group will speak from the steps of the US Capitol.
I get that some people may get spooked considering Steven Spielberg has hinted that the movie is "true" and the public sometimes needs to be assured that we are safe.
So, I'm wondering if they are trying to get ahead of the potential mass hysteria this movie may cause. I mean, people were afraid to go to the beach after Jaws.
I don't think there is any other way to explain this other than to say that they are already here.
The image shows him in control. It shows him with an alien in handcuffs. So, did they tell him that they are a threat? Did they tell him that they have done terrible things to Americans? Based on what this image implies, what could they have possibly told him? What made him think he had to post this exact image?
