I keep opening Maps and it doesn't say START. It says get directions. What is happening??? How do I fix this?? My location is on. HELP

Hi I am considering purchasing this metal bird feeder. I have a raccoon that is determined to destroy my current feeder. My only issue is I don't know how much light the current location gets. My current solar panel is about 5 feet out from the feeder. The squirrels and racoons keep chewing on it. It is on sale today. Anyone have this feeder know about how much sun it needs to get to stay charged?

I received a defective Bird Bath Pro. I did everything Birdfy asked me to. I purchased a new router. I got other cameras to prove that the camera on the bird bath didn't work. First email, we are so sorry we are happy to replace. Sent everything they asked for. Two days later I get another email saying I would need to mail them the defective unit before they would replace it... 🤔🤔🤔 I explained to them that for something so expensive I would like my replacement before I send them my very expensive bird bath. Today another email saying that they will not send until they have proof of the shipment. I am so so disappointed in Birdfy. I read all the reviews. Everyone had nothing but good things to say about Birdfy. I don't even know what to say. I really just wanted the bird bath 😭

Hi everyone! I got a bird bath pro in April. I was so excited! Unfortunately it never recorded any of the birds that were bathing in it... It would occasionally record a wet bird on the side getting a drink. And it recorded when there was nothing to record. I put up two additional cameras to confirm birds were bathing in it. At this point I contacted Birdfy. They sent a list of things to adjust in the settings to hopefully fix the issue. It actually made it worse. Then they blamed our router. New very expensive router purchased. Nope it was not the router. At this point I asked that they send me a replacement. They sent the information they needed to replace my birdbath pro. I sent that and received an email saying I should receive the new birdbath pro with in the next 10 days. Okay great. Fingers crossed the new one works. I woke up this morning to the attached email. They want the defective bird bath returned before they will send me the replacement 🤔🤔🤔. So if I send the defective bird bath back and they never send me the replacement I am just out $300? I have never sent something back before receiving the new item. Has anyone experienced this with Birdfy? I am not happy. I am about to call Citibank and start a charge back. Thoughts?

Does anyone know how to remove the Now Brief icon at the bottom of my lock screen? It is disabled but still showing the icon and it is making me nuts!! Please help!

Hi I am new to Birdfy. Installed my Bird Bath today and I have had a lot of visitors. But none of them trip the cameras. I got this video because I was watching the live stream. I have another brand camera for my feeder and then another camera to watch the whole area so I know there are birds landing on it. Just not sure what settings need to be changed if that makes sense. Thanks for your help!!!
