Now I just need to find more 80s/90s shows but I wish they included commercials. I did finally sneak a soundbar behind the setup but the TG16 audio is still going through the PVM mono speaker for now so I can get dual audio.
I'm partway through the first season, I accidentally skipped a chapter on the DVD boxset I just bought at Walmart and the episode seemed to work pretty well. I discovered clues only as Colombo found them and I had to try to piece it together rather than seeing how the murderer carried out every meticulous step at the beginning.
Am I crazy? Has anyone else tried this? I kind of want to do this for the whole series so that it's always a complete mystery to me rather than being shown how everything happened at the start!
I’m mostly a handheld gamer. I picked up a Sega Nomad + Sonic 2 two weeks ago which started me on my journey as it’s basically a Genesis. I’m using the AV out to a CRT monitor I bought just for it today and I have these 3 games all from pawn shops. I checked out a comic/toy fair today but everywhere seems pretty devoid of Genesis games. Where to go from here? Air Buster and Burning Force stood out to me because I like their Showa-esque anime sci-fi and stylings and shooters seem the easiest to pick up and go without unfair platforming deaths (Shinobi and Sonic I’m looking at you). On the handheld side I play a lot of puzzle games like Kwirk and Cat Trap on GB or Popils and Factory Panic on Game Gear.
Unfortunately most of my collection is 2nd hand and in rough shape. How far gone a label until you would rip it off (or melt the glue) and print a replacement?

They got so much right with the remold of this figure from Siege but also so much wrong. I wish they got rid of more greeblies but the biggest offender is the big unnecessary plastic tab right on the middle bottom of his chest that blocks the classic underchest vent that was always on his design. My best guess is that they added this for the unnecessary clipping of the Gun mode onto Bruticus. That’s such a small use case just to add an ugly tab right in the middle of the front and center design.
