FYI for those applying for Smart Card
Applying requires a soft pull, which is typically possible without lifting a credit freeze. However, I was initially denied and was explicitly told that it was due to a credit freeze I had placed on Experian. Once I lifted the freeze and re-applied, I was approved. Just wanted to share for anyone else looking to apply.
